Overall I loved living at laurel I lived on the 3rd floor single with four other roomates the only con for me is parking, laundry and cleanliness. If u have a car just get ready to constantly park at the rec because you can't find a spot after 8 pm but thats the sameish for all dorm housing. laundry is bad because there are to many people trying to do it all at the same time so avoid busy days like Thurs, Fri, Sat, and when i first moved in the dorm itself was clean just not the bathroom they have yellow stains all over and no matter how hard me and my roomate try it will not come off.The front desk is pretty friendly and are willing to help and the RA's are really nice too. the wifi also keeps kicking my computer and phone off and makes me add it 3 or 4x's. Overall a great place to stay just little things to caution.

Do not live here. Please. I’m a single girl living alone, I’ve had maintenance man knock on me changing my clothes…no knock warning whatsoever. The walls are as thin as paper, I can hear my neighbors open their dressers, play music, etc. And no the RAs will not do anything to stop the noise complaints. The keys to get into the gates / laundry rooms only work less than half the time so you will constantly have to walk around the entire complex and go somewhere else to do laundry. You’ll pay way more here and get way less out of it.

This was the safest place I lived in while studying at UTSA. The RA's would be right there if anything happens, and the police station is right next to this place. It's very convenient to live here. I'd advice you to bring a mini heater in case you and your roommate disagree over the thermostat (happened to me). I didn't really have much problems here. The area is well maintained.

I love Laurel Village. You get your own private room, and a nice sized living room, kitchen, and bathroom (which you have to share with your suite mate, but that's alright.) and even if you and your suite mate avoid each other (like most of the people on these reviews) you basically have the whole dorm to yourself. The walls may be very thin, but that's fine as long as you don't get stuck with a loud suite mate. The wifi may be bad at times, but if you have an ethernet cord (which are fairly cheap) you will be absolutely fine. If you live at Laurel, you'll learn how to live on your own, which I never knew how to, since it feels just like an apartment. There is also much protection here which is why I am willing to pay this extra amount of money, unlike at the student apartments.

By far the worst place you can live. Do NOT live on campus. They will screw you over just to make extra money. I've put it multiple maintenance requests, none of which they reply to. The walls are basically made of cardboard so you can hear everything. All of the neighbors are loud, partying idiots who play their stupid ghetto rap. I put in noise complaints only to have it stop for about 5 minutes. Laurel might look nice, but in reality, it's worse than the Outpost. You will pay $700 a month for the worst experience possible. Please, do not live here.
