Laurel Apartments

Worse place anybody can move into, Landlord Lichelle is never there, one can only find her early in the mornings between 8 to 10 after that she gone all day till close to 5. They don't like returning deposit or any money that don't belong to them either. Wouldn't recommend anyone to these apartments.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. No one is ever in the office so nothin can be fixed or discussed. Run far away from this place. The vents are disgusting, it is roach infested, the area is full of homeless, and the rent increases. There is no redeeming qualities to this place. Avoid like the plague!

My mom was searching for an apartment, and we had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help us. He took the time to answer all our questions and made what can often be a stressful experience feel so much easier. Although we ultimately went with a different option due to budget, if we ever need an apartment in the future and Joe is still there, we would absolutely love to speak with him a again. He is truly amazing, and anyone would be lucky to have his guidance!
