Landmark at Grandview Apartments

I have been looking for a nice upper end apartment in San Antonio, looked at a few with an apartment hunter with too much pressure from them so i decided to do it on my own and not use an apartment hunter. Well it was challenging and sometimes intemendating, until I finally went to Grandview and met Taylor. The moment I walked into the office that was it, the greeting was different than other places, kind of seemed very genuine, original like I belonged there, hard to explain. She was very patient and understanding, she educated me on what to look for in an apartment, she listened to my needs and wants. She took me for showing, explaining everything, this girl knows her stuff, well looks like I'll be moving in soon. If you are looking for great upper end place go to Grandview and see Taylor you won't regret it.

I have been living here since 2023 and honestly, personally it has been a great experience. Starting from the Apartment itself all the way up to the staff. Anytime there was an issue that needed to be fixed with the apartment, it was rectified within a day or two. There were times where I had some problems with rent(government shut down or split payment app not working), I notified staff and spoke directly to the Asst. manager Taylor and they were very understanding and accommodating as much as possible with my situation. The Asst. manager Taylor is in my opinion, above reproach. She’s goes above and beyond to help you as much as possible. She’s very welcoming and always has a great attitude, definitely behavior that is becoming of someone as an Asst. manager.

I've lived at these apartments since 2021, and generally I think it's pretty good, with a few areas I think could improve. The apartments are nice, the floors looks good, the cabinet doors look nice, and it has granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, although I think there could be more counter space in the kitchen, I don't feel like there's enough space. The appliances are generally good, although if one needs repairs you might end up waiting a while, you have to remind the staff constantly if you want something fixed quickly. The pool area is pretty good, although it can at times go through periods where it isn't being fixed, so it might be unusable for a week or so at a time. The apartments are also close enough to many nice things to do in the city, from the mall at la cantera to the shops at the rim and only a 15-20 minute drive from downtown. The staff are helpful and ready to assist when needed. It's a nice place to live, you could do much worse, it's worth giving a try.

I had such a great experience thanks to Taylor. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Any time I had a question whether it was about the lease, maintenance, or community amenities she explained everything clearly and made the process feel easy and stress free. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows her job inside and out but also takes the time to make people feel heard and supported. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stand out. The community is lucky to have her on the team.

I have been living here for seven years and plan to continue. I recently decided to move to a larger apartment, and Kiara and Taylor were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The staff is very friendly and polite. The community is welcoming, and the property is beautiful. There is also nighttime security, which makes the environment feel even safer.
