Lived here, pros and cons: Pros: Great location, dedicated parking garage downtown, maintenance staff was great, mostly safe neighborhood, rooftop had a great view, no hidden fees at move out. Cons: Elevators were both constantly out of order. I had to ask for roach treatment multiple times. Any higher echelon maintenance that required a part to be ordered by the parent company took forever, parking garage was full multiple times despite me paying for parking, they still charge you for parking even if you donβt have a vehicle and will charge you for parking in the empty reserved spots even if itβs the only one free. The fire alarm system would malfunction and building speakers would emit high pitched whines that made sleeping extremely difficult for months with little to no effort of resolution by management. The apartment was acquired by a new management groups multiple times. You also have to give your data to multiple 3rd party apps to live here. The rent payment, door unlocking, parcel pickup etc are all ran by 3rd party apps. Before the management replies with some attempt at invalidation, I paid way too much in rent to have to keep bringing these issues up time and time again. Upscale apartments should not have these problems.

I've lived in 3 different apartments in San Antonio. This is by far the best! The amenities are gorgeous, the building is very safe, the staff is amazing! Whenever there were any issues the staff communicated promptly and resolved the issue in a reasonable time. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They host engaging events in building and with the surrounding businessed. The location is gorgeous. I had to move to Houston this Winter and I wish I could've taken the management staff with me!

Flew out to take a scheduled tour today at 12:30. No one was there to tour us. No one picked up the phone. All that was left was a sign saying that they would be back at 2pm. We were there about 5-10 minutes early to our appointment. Very unprofessional. Update: came back at 3:30 to try again and no one was there.
