Istana at Wurzbach

I recently stopped by this apartment community while apartment hunting and really liked it. Everything looked well maintained and had a nice, modern vibe. The pool especially stood out — it looks beautiful and like a great spot to relax or hang out. The dog park was also a nice touch and seemed like a fun, convenient space for pet owners. The staff was very warm and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and talked about the family friendly community feel to this place. Overall, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and like a place that would be easy to call home.

I’ve had a great experience living at Istana at Wurzbach. The apartment is very spacious, with great amenities and a really nice pool, and every area of the unit feels usable and thoughtfully designed. The community feels safe, comfortable, and quiet, which makes it a relaxing place to come home to. I really like the clubhouse as well since it is well maintained and a great space to use. Overall, it has been a very positive living experience and I truly enjoy living here.

The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere felt like home. I especially want to highlight Sarah Nolen—she was simply outstanding. She was polite, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. The management clearly cares about the residents, and it shows. I’d recommend this place without hesitation!

I consider this one of the top three communities in the area! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is very hands-on. From the freshly baked cookies to the warm smiles, everything feels welcoming. Shelby gave us a fabulous tour and was eager to help, showcasing excellent customer service. It was definitely one of the best tours out of all five we attended! I highly recommend this place, and the prices are competitive too!
