This place doesn't look like there ai photos, the apartments have roaches and mice. The exterior and garages are falling apart and the interior is horrible. Water leaks from the ceiling, tubs peeling, cabinets and walls have bad paint job. Kids running around breaking windows and getting in front of car and throwing things. Management lies and charges for everything little thing. They raise the rent up to $500 in the past 2 years with no upgrades whatsoever. They just slab some paint on everything. Nothing is truly fixed correctly. The price is not worth living here. Dont let them talk a good game and convince you the neighborhood is getting better. Drive around a lot of units are vacant for a reason.
