Hunter's Ranch

Customer service has been horrible. We’ve come to a point in our build that we wish to withdraw. The roof has obvious compromise and we’re told it’s to industry standards so therefore we withdraw and loose our 6k or deal with the discrepancy. How is this ok?

Very disappointed in the customer service that I was my husband, and myself were given with Castle rock, especially from Daniel. Once we shared with him a concern we had and something that we were not happy with he disappeared stop returning our phone calls never called us back. we first picked our lot based off Daniel‘s recommendation on. We did not want a thick slab and we definitely did not want stairs in our front door entryway time to meet the construction manager. We were told that we were getting steps and our foundation was going to be thick in the front and thin in the back we told the construction manager, Tony, that is not what we agreed with. He told us that he would talk to Daniel and work with him and just to give him some time and that he could help us out and that he’d fix that situation with the stairs, possibly making them less stairs and not so many, so me and my husband really did want the house so we decided to continue with them because we were promised that they were going to try to help us out in that situation since Daniel never replied to us or called us back. My husband called Daniel and told Daniel about the concerns. Daniel said he would call his boss and let him know nothing was ever done. We met with Tony once again we saw that the steps nothing was done. the concerns were ignored. Nobody seem to care. We never got any kind of callback from Daniel until we spoke to the manager. My husband told him our situation or concerns reasons. We were not happy and we wanted to back out of the deal . Then we were told that our money that we deposited was not going to be refundable at all and never was because we had already gotten approved. Daniel had told us it would be it would be refundable in certain circumstances which he should’ve told us that in the beginning so once after my husband told the manager that we no longer were interested in Castle rock homes Daniel finally return my husband‘s call back and his excuse was that he was so busy and he had been working in Austin and asked why he couldn’t return our calls or answer. Our calls is do not work with these people. I have never experienced that type of lack of communication or this type of customer service where you lie to, and when you tell them your concerns, you’re just brushed off and ignored and then told later on that there’s nothing they could do , if I could give this community a star, no stars at all I definitely would not recommend

Ended up purchasing a home with Andre with CastleRock. He has been professional and helpful throughout the home buying process. The home design and quality throughout made the difference after viewing homes by other builders. We are excited to grow and make memories in our new home! Thank you Andre! Thank you CastleRock!

After having an unpleasant experience with another home builder in San Antonio, we were hesitant to entertain another builder. Andre exceeded all expectations and made us feel welcome, provided great insight and knowledge. Hunters Ranch is a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of amenities. Check them out!

We love our castle Rock home and having gabriel chavez in charge of our home being built was a great experience. He was very informative from the start to finish. Gabriel has a great eye for detail and listened to Questions and concerns we had with our house. When it came to closing he had everything done that needed to be finished or fixed and even now with him not being with castle Rock still helps me out with questions that I have and helps us out. Great guy.
