Absolutely terrible customer service. Be forewarned, their phone line has no one to answer it if you have any issues with billing or cancelation of services. Triple read your terms because they do a bs auto-renewal system that can require up to three months notice before cancelation. Customer service provides no exceptions and will not work with you. You cannot handle any of this via people who work there in the office. And even via email, their support does not have the power to work with you or make exceptions. So now, even after our business is closing, we are stuck in another 6 month contract for no good reason. Further, their offices have no sound barrier, so be prepared to hear every conversation of your neighbors and if you're by the bathroom, lucky you. Predatory services like this are the worst.

Title: Terrible Shared Office Space - Fraudulent Invoicing, Dreadful Service! Review: This shared office space was a complete disaster from start to finish. The facilities and building were dirty, the service was awful, and they even resorted to fraudulent invoicing. The office was cramped, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant odor. The promised amenities were either nonexistent or barely functional. The staff showed no interest in helping and requests were ignored. To top it off, they billed for services they didn't provide. Save yourself the headache and find a better workspace.

This office building is always clean, offers 24 hour security, and has ample parking. For businesses seeking a lease, it offers a large work-out center and a full-stocked snack room. It’s also tastefully decorated for all major holidays.

The customer service that Donna, Grace and Steph provide is absolutely amazing! They are always looking to help us out in anyway possible! They are very pleasant to all our visitors and constantly provide them with water and coffee. The kitchen is always stocked, clean and enjoyable to sit down and watch TV.
