So far I am loving my new apartment. I'm new here in San Antonio this would be my first home here. Janae is awesome answers all of your questions. So far little to no maintenance issues. My building is right across from the dog park which is really great. Only downside is some pet owners didn't clean after their pets. However the community does keep poop bags and area clean as possible. Cool community 😊

We’ve been really enjoying our stay at Hill at Woodway—our first apartment since moving to Texas. The staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating, from the application process all the way through to handling maintenance requests. A special thank you to Mark Valdez, our on-site technician, for addressing our concerns right away and even bringing a package inside our apartment. It’s a simple gesture, but it truly shows how much they care. Thank you!

Great service. Mark Valdez was my maintenance guy that came and he told me what he did and what was wrong with my a/c unit. Thank you for having our A/C back it was really hot in the apartment even when the temp outside was in the high 60

UPDATED 10/11/25: I want to know what my OPTIONS are because seems like every time I'm trying to get ahead in life, people, places and things from my past keep coming back wanting more and more money out of me. I lived at the complex from 2017-2019 in San Antonio, TX. This was my first 'starter apartment' after leaving an abusive partnership and trying to get on my feet. One positive thing from my stay at the apartments is that I was able to get sober. Unfortunately the apartment was not very understanding for those in early recovery who are trying the best they can to get on their feet financially with no other help and trying to be independent. I was trying to catch up on rent but kept getting charged daily late fees which are impossible to catch up on once you are behind. I WAS in school full-time and working to make ends meet. I moved out and cleaned the best I could but still was charged almost $5000 that I DID PAY with MY OWN MONEY to now get approved for places to stay and I still have the documentation and proof I paid it off. I don't think it is right people have to pay their last and money they are working hard for and then can't get a fair chance at housing if they are working, in school and trying. And I helped other 'addicts' at that time only to be taken advantage of and used and they get off free while I'm having to suffer and struggle. When your finally tell the TRUTH you get punished for it. I don't know what the 'management' is like now, but I hope that things have changed and people are charged outlandish fees. And I wasn't evicted, I moved up before the end of my lease and was still charged all this.

Don’t recommend. The maintenance men don’t really fix anything. I had a leak from the upstairs apartment, they never fixed the wall, he said “it’ll dry out”, no concern for mold or how squishy the wall was. I had my hot water out for over a week before it was repaired, I had a neighbor whose dog peed through the balcony, nothing was ever done. The outside patio smelled like dog urine and some sort of rodent. Under the sinks smelled like mildew. Just overall not a good experience. I don’t feel like the quality was worth the amount of money paid.
