Hidden Lake Apartments

From the very beginning of my application process with Alize to the final move-in details with Marlinda, my experience at Hidden Lakes Apartments has been nothing short of wonderful. The entire team made me feel welcomed, valued, and truly cared for. I moved in on February 1st, and I can honestly say I’ve been enjoying my new home every single day since. The community is peaceful and quiet, my neighbors are friendly, and the valet trash service is such a convenient bonus! When I had a small maintenance issue with my hot water, the team responded the very same day which spoke volumes to me about how much they prioritize their residents. And let’s not forget the move-in special, that was definitely the cherry on top! Thank you to the entire Hidden Lakes staff for making this transition such a smooth and peaceful experience. I truly feel at home here.

This place has been the safest ,cleanest place i have stayed. The property is always kept well. The people working in the office are Always so polite and helpful with any questions. Also anytime I've needed maintenance it is done quickly and done right. I really love this place and highly recommend

Hidden Lake is truly a 10/10 place to live. The maintenance team is always on top of everything — they get the job done quickly and professionally every time. We lived at Hidden Lake from October 2020 until May 2025. From 2020 to early 2023, the community was decent and felt relatively secure. However, things started to decline around mid-2023. Weed use became a major issue, and we ended up with extremely unsanitary neighbors next door, which marked the start of many problems. Crime increased — cars were getting broken into, and my husband had to replace his car window twice. People would rev their engines at all hours and speed through the parking lot, making it feel unsafe. After the unsanitary neighbors moved out, our unit became infested with German roaches in early 2024. Despite weekly pest control treatments, the problem persisted. We had the unit fogged three times — in April, July, and September — but the infestation remained. We received no compensation or assistance for boarding our pets during these treatments. When we requested a unit transfer, management denied it, forcing us to stay in an inhumane living situation. We lost over a thousand dollars' worth of household items due to the infestation. I even have photos to document the extent of the damage. The only positive experience we had was with the maintenance guy, Joe. He was the only competent and helpful employee during our time there. Truly amazing 👏. Unfortunately, more disruptive neighbors moved in over time — constant weed use, loud parties, and frequent shouting matches that we could hear through our walls. I do not recommend living here. Despite vacating the unit for two weeks for deep cleaning, the German roaches were still present. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
