Lived here for nearly a year. No real concerns. Haven’t had any major issues except maintenance finds the quickest fix for all issues. I have had my floor peeling up for months and I’ve put in multiple requests for it to be fixed and they always just come out silicone down and it does nothing and peels back up. The water is always turned off. mostly during the day which is most often fine cause I’m working during the day but when I’m home it sucks. Overall, I haven’t had two many issues. It’s a quiet neighborhood

They cut off our water all the time. I just got home from work completely drenched in sweat and there is no water. This is completely unacceptable (12/4/2025)Edit: Our water has been shut off AGAIN

Only one washer is working in the laundromat. That is after they already took half of the washers and dryers away from us. This place is falling apart. Constantly cutting off our water, no working washers, constantly filthy laundromat, homeless people camping by the pool at night, homeless people digging in the dumpsters and throwing all of it on the ground. What a shame

If you’re looking for an apartment that just looks nice, and you’re not worried about anything else, this is the place to be. Otherwise, stay away! I have had a group of homeless people living behind my unit and harassing me since I moved in 6 months ago, and the office does nothing to mediate. The laundry room is constantly disgusting and they recently removed half of the washers and dryers. Office staff is nice, but the employees revolve so quickly that things get swept under the rug or forgotten about. I’ve seen at least 2 managers in my 6 months here. There is a roach/rolly poly issue that they do not seem to want to address. I have also had things stolen off my back patio and have had to put up cameras to catch when it happens. Only giving 2 stars for the updated interior- if you just want granite counters and hardwood floors, but don’t care about any other issues, this is the perfect place for you. I had hoped for better.

Apartment buildings are not livable, needs lots of fixings and wait for tenants to pay them to fix the problems when the Apartment Buildings should have funds for fixing the problems ahead of time and not when the tenants pay them with rent money to fix it. Not good management or maintenance work at all. And all of that is going to get fixed once the tenants leave. Good luck with the next tenants.
