Hawthorne House

I had such a great experience here and I’m honestly so excited about moving in! From the moment I toured, it just felt right. The property is beautiful and really well kept — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and looking good. I have to give a huge shoutout to Nadynn. She was seriously amazing. Super professional, but also so friendly and easy to talk to. She knows her stuff and answered every single question I had without making me feel rushed. She made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. That kind of customer service makes such a difference. They also host tons of events and that’s exactly what I’ve been looking for! The amenities are awesome too! The pool is stunning and definitely one of my favorite parts. The fitness center is great as well — clean, well-equipped, and actually somewhere I’d want to work out. I also LOVE that they have package lockers. Not every place offers that, and since I order a ton of packages, having that extra convenience and security is a big deal for me. Overall, I’m so happy with my decision and can’t wait to move in in a few months. It feels so good knowing my apartment search is officially over!

Mike was great during our visit. Apartment hunting has always been a hassle to us so he was a TOTAL breath of fresh air when we came by today. Clean grounds all around. Great location in med center. Hawthorne House is one of many great choices for Apartments in the area but this one just seems right.

Signing at Hawthorne has been an incredible experience, and Mike (Miguel) is a huge reason why. From the moment you walk into the leasing office, he sets the tone with professionalism, confidence, and genuine care. He has a way of making every resident/future resident feel like a priority, no matter how busy things get. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests quickly, or simply checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly, Mike consistently goes above and beyond. His leadership and presence truly elevate the entire community. Hawthorne wouldn’t be the same without him. If exceptional service had a face, it would be Mike’s.

Living at The Hawthorn House has been such a great experience! The apartments are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they really pay attention to the little details that make a place feel like home. The location is perfect if you work or study in the Medical Center, with everything from hospitals to restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. The staff is friendly and responsive, always willing to help with maintenance requests or questions. The community itself feels quiet, safe, and well-kept, and the amenities are a nice bonus, especially the pool and fitness areas.
