French Place Apartments

I am amazed at how much I’ve enjoyed my few months here. Jackie has been the most wonderful property manager I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment I walked through the doors and saw the community area, it felt like home. When Jackie showed me my future apartment with the stunning view of the San Antonio skyline and the beautiful neighborhood, I knew I would finally get to live out my urban fairytale. I still can’t believe I live here! The property is lovely, and everyone who helps run it is fantastic. Ms. Anna and Jacquline are very friendly and helpful, and Chris, who is in charge of maintenance, is so efficient; it’s truly impressive!

What can I say, everything about this apartment complex is amazing! The front office staff are amazingly kind and helpful, Jackie and Anna are the best! The apartments are extremely well-maintained, maintenance is super quick whenever anything needs to be done, and the workmanship is stellar! The area is full of great businesses to check out and is very walkable, overall, 10 out of 10!

The friendly and warm management at French Place was the deciding factor in choosing to stay. Tomas and Anna treat everyone with kindness, respect and are attentive to the needs and concerns of the residents. The giving table in the laundry room is one example of what makes French feel welcoming and supportive of all who live there. I’m grateful for the time I spent in such a quaint and loving community.

We had a fantastic experience living at French Place Apartments for over two years. The management and maintenance teams were easily the best I've ever interacted with. Tomas, the property manager, as well as his predecessor Bianca, were always friendly and readily addressed any questions or concerns. Chris in maintenance was equally great, easy to talk to and resolved almost every issue within a day and always with a positive attitude. The pool was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and made the stress of my day melt away with the heat. The location was very convenient, with quick access to three major highways and a manageable bike ride to downtown for concerts and festivals. The added amenities, such as the dog park, on-site laundry facilities, covered parking, and outdoor storage, were definite perks, and the complex is a 5 minute drive to an excellent grocery store. The recent addition of complex-wide Wi-Fi is another great bonus. We were very happy with our time in unit A104 and wish the next residents the same positive experience.

I lived here for about a year and a half. The 1 bedroom "cozy" I lived in was great for me as a single person, with a good amount of space while still being affordable for the area. The office staff and maintenance team were very responsive and helpful with any issues I had. Tomas in the front office especially was one of the most helpful and attentive apartment managers I've dealt with. I could really tell that the team liked working at the apartment and really wanted to see the place flourish. The lack of in unit washer dryer became a dealbreaker when my living situation changed, but for someone who wants a relatively quite apartment within walking distance to St Mary's, San Antonio College, or the strip I would highly recommend it
