The only reason it’s a 2 star and not a 1 is cause maintenance is pretty good here, and respectful. My AC has been out for almost 3 weeks, and yes they did put in 2 window units but have yet to have someone come fix our AC I guess since we are leaving this week they rather hold off. My car has been broken into as well as my fiancé truck we had to install 2 cameras. I guess you get what you pay for even though we are paying way more than what everyone else is paying for the same BS. Honestly this place has gone down hill. It use to be good and for the most part this apartment is okay if you’re looking for something cheap but you get what you pay for. Also instead of accommodating the tenants who have never caused an issue they rather rack up our rent to over 1,500 while the same people who are probably breaking into our stuff get it for way less. Yeah, no thanks!

Following up from my previous review about the mailbox situation. Hours were supposedly changed for better security however yesterday I was able to access the mailroom after 8pm and everyone’s mail is easily accessible. There is no security, no cameras, locks nothing. My mail has been getting stolen including very personal documents, and things I’ve paid for. This is horrible and has been going on for way too long. Hopefully I am able to speak with management Monday.

I've lived here for a few years tbh not bad. They have great maintenance workers. But when I wanted to look at the 2x2 appt because my partner and I are trying to decide if want to live here or at her appt complex. We won't be living here. They want all your personal info to be added to their app before they even give a tour. Why can't I just give my ID why do yall want to steal my info and sell it. Also what if yall get hacked now all my info is online. Not a chance. Do so much better

This is the worst place—I do not recommend anyone to go there. The administrative staff are the worst. Especially Malisa with no understanding , with zero Patience .
