Don't rent here unless you like raccoons in your crawl space and walls. Sent numerous emails made numerous calls and numerous trips to the office and nothing was done. The noise they made was so bad we had to break our lease. Then as if things couldn't get worse they turn us into collections without even sending us a bill. So beware!! I made many, many attempts to get a price on what I'd owe so I could pay any fees owed when I turned in the keys....and we got the run around. Manager is not here.... we need to call corporate.... the person who makes decisions is off today. Excuse after Excuse. We've been advise to report this to the apartment association. Pictures of what it looked like when we moved in. Plus the raccoons had torn up the AC vents and they took 3 months to fix it. So no access to our master bedroom due to the holes they cut in the ceiling. The hole the coons were getting in is still there on move out day. ***** Update.. so I call the number given below and no one answered!! Am I surprised? NO. Sent an email and waiting a reply.

Don’t live here! We lived in the first floor and many times the second floor’s restroom will flood and will drip down to ours. The AC would constantly break down a lot and they wouldn’t replace it. Water would spill all over and sometimes the upstairs too. The water would drip from one of the vents. My children would get really bad allergies with the AC unit! When we finally moved out the assistant business manger told us they were charging us $200 for dog peed carpet and $100 for violating pet policy. We never owned a dog! We told her our children are allergic to dogs! We don’t own one! She told us she would send us photos of proof and never did! When I tried contacting the property manager to resolve this she would not answer our calls or other employees would tell us she would call us back and she never did. Don’t live here! Management will falsely accuse you to charge you extra fees after you move out!

Living here is comfortable enough, but the security is nonexistent. I've had multiple packages missing or never delivered, and my car has been broken into 3 times in my less than two years staying here. Two of those times have been in the past month. I'm unsatisfied with this complex because I was sold on the idea of safety

I am writing to express my concern regarding the limited hours of operation for the mailboxes. As someone who works during the day, I am unable to access my mail in a timely manner. This is very inconvenient. At one point mail was getting held at the office with no notification of them doing so but once I figured that out at least the office is open later and on weekends now they won’t make any accommodations and I have no way to access my mail. Other than that if this would get fixed for the price it’s a good complex.

I’ve had a terrible experience living at Fountainhead Apartments, and I feel like I need to warn others against this place. If you’re worried about your safety—or your car’s safety—don’t live here!! My car was parked near Building 4, and all four of my wheels, rims, and sensors were stolen. Another car next to mine also had parts stolen on the same morning. The gate near the gym is always open and the other gates are open for many hours or days on end. Many lights around the property are off or broken too, and I don’t see security cameras much of anywhere. I understand this is a more affordable apartment complex, so I don’t expect fancy amenities or beautiful scenery. However, I want basic safety measures—like keeping gates closed, having cameras, and maintaining proper lighting! Is that too much to ask for?? After this incident, the manager’s response was absolutely indifferent! They said, “these crimes happen every day everywhere in America,” and “the gates are always damaged and cars can follow others to enter when they do work,” so that’s the only answer they can give? They are unable or unwilling to repair and improve their security properly. And they claim they have no responsibility to protect their residents’ property?? Now, I just want to leave because I feel completely unsafe here. It would be foolish to stay and risk another theft, or worse to me personally! But they’ve told me I must give 30-day notice and pay two months of rent to end the lease. Would they still expect me to follow their "rules" while ignoring real dangers? I really am astounded by how irresponsible their response is. Honestly, I’d say stay the hell away from here.
