I would strongly advise against moving here. Although the apartment is located in what appears to be a nice area, the complex itself does not feel safe. There are people walking around the property at night checking cars and trying apartment doors. One night, a neighbor I had never even spoken to before warned me that someone was attempting to break into our apartment, which she saw through her Ring camera. When I reported this to the front office, the office manager told me that management is not responsible for safety. I was also informed they would not allow anyone to break their lease even after an attempted break in. Because of the safety concerns, I moved my family somewhere safer while still continuing to pay rent at this apartment. After that, management and maintenance entered the unit and began adding multiple charges to my account. These included late fees, rent, and several random charges labeled “move out,” ranging anywhere from $10 to $950, with nearly ten separate charges. The apartment was entered on the 10th of the month, which seems unreasonable considering most places do not evict someone that quickly for late payment. The locks were changed without my knowledge, and I was charged $75 for the top lock and $75 for the bottom lock. I was then locked out of the apartment and not allowed to retrieve my belongings. On top of that, I was charged a “trash” fee for items that actually belonged to me and were not trash. Overall, management seems very quick to remove tenants but continues to charge large amounts of fees that do not feel justified. The advertised rent may be around $1,180, but after all the additional fees you will likely pay closer to $1,500 for a one-bedroom. For that price, you would be much better off renting a house. In my experience, the property did not feel safe and management did not seem concerned about theft or resident safety, only collecting payments.

Bianca was very helpful throughout my move-in process. She patiently answered all my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her responsiveness and support. So far, the apartment and everything else have been great. I’ll update my review if I experience any issues, but at this point, I’m very satisfied with the experience.

Gates sometimes don’t work which equals to wheels being stolen, just a few I’ve seen. Quite messy frequently on the trash side. Walls very thin, you can hear through them quite a bit. For the price, I’d suggest elsewhere. Only good thing we have had was the maintenance team, old team was great.

Great community. Maintenance team is great and very responsive. Office staff has been a head ache in the past but since moving here I can't complain. Recently met with Bianca who does an amazing job with customer service. The new manager Candace comes out of her office and interacts with everyone which is something you don't see everyday. I love it here. Look forward to the next resident event 👏
