Current resident here.. I have been here for about four months and I absolutely love it. Very attentive and super helpful.. I had my A/C broken and they came within an hour! I’m so thankful for them. -RG

How exactly are delivery drivers supposed to deliver here? It’s always locked, no option for code. You really expect us to sit outside and call 30 people to meet us at the street? Seriously. Before you say come during office hours, that’s not how routes and deliveries work. I bet everyone would like that but it’s impossible to do.

Lived here for almost a year, and it has been great. Would recommend it to anyone. But recently, I had my back door open and a rat unfortunately ran in from the outside. I called maintenance, they showed up and he just stood there. Didn’t help me look for the rat. “Yeah not much I can do” Spoke with management, they said pest would come and never did. (Been about a week) Spoke with Audrey (nice girl) today and she stated it’s not an emergency. Well I think it would be…. I understand it is not the complex’s fault, but they have handled this situation poorly.
