Even though I haven't moved in, just been searching or looking. An holy shit do you guys not care about y'alls residents living here or what's up. I wouldn't want to live somewhere, where management isn't gonna do jack shit if there's a roach infestation, leakage etc. If you work for the property but doesn't really care on what your residents are going through then let me ask you this question Why are you even working there?

Been here for about a year. Really enjoy it, my neighbors are quite and I have a simple relaxing view from my apartment balcony, and great place to rest my head at night. Service team is extremely awesome, and fast Service

The overall living experience is nice here. Generally a safe location. However, we gave a deposit and they said they never received one. A friend of ours also moved in and the same thing happened to him. Additionally front office staff changes quite frequently, so I suggest getting everything in writing and keeping copies. Lastly if they say they will stop cps services, don’t listen. Causes unnecessary charges.

They charge more fees than other apartments just to offset not requiring a deposit. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty, in poor condition, and infested with roaches. I would include photos to support my experience, but it seems reviews with pictures are not allowed to be posted since my review has been pending for a week. Additionally, the apartment constantly smelled bad due to neighbors smoking. The only positive aspect is the maintenance staff, they are quick to respond to requests and super friendly. When you move out, expect to be charged at least two cleaning fees (approximately $200), even if you leave your apartment spotless. Their move-out cleaning sheet suggests you'll receive your deposit back in full (in this case, no charges since there's no deposit) if the apartment is cleaned properly. However, they seem to have contradicted this policy, claiming now that cleaning fees are standard practice across all apartment complexes—something I’ve never experienced in my eight-plus years of renting. It’s also worth noting that they once held a promotion or raffle for leaving reviews, so take the authenticity of other reviews with a grain of salt.
