I would not recommend this apartment complex due to significant communication and management issues that arose after a change in ownership. While the property itself has potential, the lack of responsiveness and organization made the final months extremely stressful. I lived at this apartment complex for over a year, including time under both the previous and current management. Under the former management team, my experience was generally positive and they were communicative, helpful, and kept residents informed. One ongoing issue even then, however, was persistent wasp nests on the balcony, which became so frequent that we eventually handled them ourselves. Unfortunately, after the management change, the quality of service declined significantly during our final months. Maintenance requests were often marked as “completed” without anyone ever coming to the unit; our Ring camera never captured an attempt to enter. On the occasions maintenance did come, issues would temporarily resolve for a day or two and then stop working again. This became frustrating enough that we eventually stopped submitting requests. We were living month-to-month at that point and were advised by the front office to submit extension requests via email for documentation purposes. We followed that guidance. After emailing to request one final month extension, we received no response for nearly two weeks. We later learned, only after going into the office in person, that the property’s email address had changed and emails were no longer being received. This change was never communicated to residents at all, so we had no way of knowing our message hadn’t gone through. At that point, we were informed we would need to move out the following week due to incoming residents. We tried to explain the situation respectfully, as the lack of communication was not on our end and we were actively searching for a new home. Unfortunately, communication remained inconsistent and unclear. Phone calls often went to voicemail, and the front desk was frequently unattended when we visited in person. Only after mentioning the possibility of legal involvement did we receive a prompt response. While we were ultimately granted a four-day extension, the process to get there was unnecessarily stressful and lacked professionalism. This was, overall, the most difficult apartment experience I’ve had in San Antonio, despite having lived in several properties before.

Just recently moved in and its been great! There was a new system being put in place so it took a little longer for the application and the process to be done, but management was in constant contact. Property is beautiful and so are the apartments. Im very pleased and felt very welcomed when moving in.

We are current residents, and my experience has been consistently disappointing. I am writing this review to provide a clear, factual account for prospective tenants and to offer constructive feedback to management. While my husband and I lived here, we experienced numerous maintenance failures that were never fully resolved. Lack of Communication: Management communication regarding maintenance and other community issues was consistently poor. We experienced a water leak in our 2nd bathroom and contacted them, but they haven't submitted a work order, and Management can’t even give me an ETA on when it will get fixed. There is always an excuse and never a solution. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered, and residents were not kept informed about the status of complex-wide problems, and the system was constantly changing. The gates, both entry and exit gates, on both sides of the complex sometimes fail to work, even with a clicker or keypad. Trash valet is not great, either, given that we pay. The trash valet, on multiple occasions, leaves trash scattered throughout the road or in various locations. False advertising that the apartment was move-in ready. We are paying almost $2,000 a month just for us to be ignored.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! From the application process to move in day! Everything was smooth! Mandie, Gabby and Dee have made me feel welcomed and are the best! I can’t thank Dee enough for her kindness! My apartment was nice, modern with stainless steel appliances, and great WiFi! It was a must for me since I WFH. The complex is quiet, clean and kept. Maintenance staff is also super friendly, respectful and came to fix any issues quickly! I loved how affordable and beautiful the place is, especially the pool!

We’ve been living here for two weeks and I’m not happy so far. I leased from out of town, and the approval process took way too long. I was stressed and even at move in, the person helping had me show them a copy of the lease on our side cause she didn’t have her own copy to be able to process our move in. We also had to schedule a time to pick up keys, I called and let them know we would be roughly 20 minutes late due to traffic and when we arrived no one was in the office. No one came until at least 25 minutes later, and when we sat down I let the person know we needed to move quickly cause our movers were supposed to be there in 10, it took almost 40 minutes past that moment before we got our keys. Even after asking multiple times, there was no sense of urgency and I was so scared our movers would cancel since they couldn’t start on time - luckily they didn’t. At move in, I got a badly cut key that almost never worked, we also got the wrong gate code, and that cause issues with our movers and food delivery on move in day. The apartment itself is fine, not in great shape. I was upset that it wasn’t very clean upon move in, our feet were coming up black walking around. And with a toddler who likes to eat anything they find on the floor, I expected it cleaner. Front office response? The cleaning crew doesn’t scrub the floors. No accountability. There were dark patches on our ways, random orange spots on walls and outlets, unpatched holes or holes that were patched but left untextured. Cracks in walls above door frames lead me to believe the foundation isn’t great either. For what we pay I honestly expected better. Upon move in our washer wasn’t filling with water, I called to let the office know since we hadn’t turned in our paper yet as we were still unpacking - was told nobody could come until Monday due to low staff. Monday comes, I turn in my paper and ask about repairs - they can’t give me a timeline. Eventually a week has gone by since we moved and nobody had come to check on our multiple repairs. I think they didn’t put in our repairs so, I put in my own maintenance request. They eventually start marking work orders complete before stepping in our apartment. And when the guy finally did come, he informed me they ordered a part for my washer and we have to wait for it to come in. Nobody has looked at my washer to even confirm the problem - and it’s not been two weeks since move in and still no working washer! Mind you, we pay to rent the washer dryer in our monthly payments. And despite not having a washer we pay on not working for two weeks, there’s been no mention of compensation or discount to the fee we pay. The thing that takes it over the top for me is the pests. I’m from Texas, and this is more than a seasonal issue. Just looking at two walls, I have seen over 35 wasp nests. From my balcony alone, I can see 16. Though complaining - the front office says they won’t put anyone on ladders. When I requested a proper team be brought in to handle the insane number of nests, they said theyd basically look into it but that the current team can’t do anything about the nests but can spray our personal balcony. It’s been sprayed twice now, and has made the wasps more angry! We can’t go on our patio as the wasps are already flying at our windows, staring us down. It’s insane, the complex definitely has over 100 nests just based on the number I see on just two walls!! So unless you like a deadly amount of wasps everywhere, non working appliances that aren’t fixed timely, and a decent apartment - come on down! I’m honestly not impressed and starting to run out of clothes - please fix my washer already Oh yeah! Forgot to add that wifi is so bad that we can’t even get our ring camera that comes with the apartment to connect to the internet. Kicked out of games and endless lag.
