amazing!!! incredible people skills … you were a big part of why i decided to move here… you seemed very honest and very enthusiastic about your job … i felt very welcome here…. you definitely sold this place to me …. i’m really looking forward to moving here! Thank you for your hard work and making me feel like i belong here…. My daughter will love this place ….i can’t wait to have Dindi here…. and thanks for being so welcoming and so professional in the way you talked to me!!!

no notification was sent, to let me know maintenance was on their way and when they arrived, I was at work. My husband was there to greet him. Let them know what was going on, and when he tried to direct him to the kitchen sink, maintenance told my husband to put in a work order even though the work order stated all 3 sinks in my unit are leaking, but he only addressed the hall bathroom himself and only the kitchen sink because my husband told him to. He did not follow the work order!

Huge thank you to the manager, Crystal. Crystal, I appreciate you and your always providing quick responses to maintenance requests and keeping our clean and beautiful. Also, am so HAPPY with you finding a solution to this issue with the mail from USPS being stolen in this area by install iron gates that require codes to get access to the mail boxes. You and your team do a great job make Easton feel like home. Thank you for treating everyone like family.
