This property and the staff always do everything they can to work with their tenants. They’re more than reasonable, they’re compassionate and caring. They’re always here during business hours and they care about keeping you in your lease. They offer several ways to be able to pay your rent whether that’s through the portal in financed broken down payments or through the flex app where you can pay a portion of your rent each paycheck within the month. The companies that you’re paying in multiple installments, pay the property your full balance upfront keeping you up to date with your rent and utilities. It’s peaceful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing here and maintenance comes quickly. Have been here a year and a half. I would be sad to move. Best leasing experience I’ve ever had. God bless the property, company, and the staff.

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the apartment complex I have been fortunate enough to reside in. From the outset, the experience has been exceptional. My leasing agent, Jeannette, has been instrumental in ensuring my comfort and approval throughout the process. Her dedication and professionalism have made me feel at home from the very beginning. Upon moving in, I have fallen in love with my new apartment. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this exceptional community.

I’ve seen quite a bit of negative reviews recently and as someone who just moved in recently Id like to say don’t believe everything you read. My experience had been great. I know the office recently lost staffing so you can’t really hold that against them. It can be a challenge to call the office when there are only 1-2 people working. Jeanette has been so nice to me. Also, I haven’t seen one bug, the hallways are not that dirty other than normal traffic from people. I love the amenities, I love how fast I was able to get everything connected, and I love my views. Everyone I’ve met is very friendly and it’s very quiet here.

Paying rent here is just like tossing your money into a the trash can. They lie about your rent amount until you’re actually moved in and then tack on extra fees, bringing your rent up by HUNDREDS of dollars. They don’t offer any help or assistance with rent if needed, they just immediately move to kick you out. So don’t expect any sympathy there. But also don’t expect them to uphold their end of the deal by honoring timely maintenance requests, keeping the complex clean, or implementing pest control. People are loud and there is no noise control. They raise rent while not implementing any new changes, perks, or benefits. The hallways smell and look like complete trash. Staff is full of rue, weird, unfriendly robots. The ONLY time you will get any emotion out of these people is when they are trying to get you to sign a lease. When they get bad reviews, they get their family members and other phonies who don’t even live here to leave fake good ones. STAY AWAY FROM CULEBRA COMMONS APARTMENTS.
