My roommates and I have had an extremely negative experience living at The Cottages at Leon Creek. Throughout our time here, we have felt unwelcome and have been disappointed by the way we were treated by staff. In particular, our interactions with Katherine left us feeling singled out and discriminated against because of our race. We expected professionalism, respect, and equal treatment, but unfortunately that was not our experience. As a result, we wish we could move out before our lease ends. We hope management takes residents’ concerns seriously and works to create a more respectful and inclusive environment.

Katherine the new manager is amazing! When my AC broke she handled the situation quickly and professionally. She took the time to listen to me and my needs. Best of all she had the work done immediately. 10/10 if your looking for a new place to call home with elevated customer service.

Amazing customer service! The property manager, Kathrine Shaevler, was able to help me with a move-in date issue out of office hours!
