Cottages at Leon Creek

We moved to Cottages at Leon Creek last year and it’s honestly been such a good experience. It really does feel like one of those places people don’t know about unless they live here. The layouts are one of my favorite things. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which just makes life easier. The townhome style with the front porch just feels so homey. The pool area is also super nice. It doesn’t feel crowded and it’s a great spot to relax. Amanda, the property manager, really cares about the community. You can tell she wants things to run well and for residents to be happy. The new maintenance team has also been great! They’re responsive and quick to take care of things. The community itself has a really friendly feel. People are out walking, neighbors say hi, and it just feels welcoming. We also have direct access to a park and walking trails right behind the property, which we use all the time. Overall, we’ve been really happy here and are glad we made the move!!

I’ve had such a great experience at Cottages at Leon Creek! The manager is absolutely wonderful — very responsive, professional, and truly handles business. You can tell she takes pride in the community and works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly, and communication is always clear and helpful. It makes such a difference having management that’s present and genuinely invested. The community itself is beautiful and well kept, and it really feels like a place you can call home. I highly recommend Cottages at Leon Creek to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming community!

Priscilla is such a sweetheart. She truly has 5 star customer service. She is Amazing and helped me thoroughly with my issue. Maintenance has also been amazing and quick with literally all of my requests. The maintenance supervisor (Enrique) is a rockstar!

Finally…, A great place to live! I am truly impressed with the responsive and friendly management service I have received here at The Cottage. Staff has been extremely helpful with preparation for our move in date. Amenities seem to be very nice as well. Definitely feels almost like a house at an apartment cost. …And it is also quiet here. :) Thank you again for all your help!

Extremely disappointed in this community. Canceled our lease day of move in (would’ve been sooner if we could’ve seen the unit) due to the handful of issues. Brittany was the most communicative person in the office. Amanda is no where to be found, Nathan works in leasing and maintenance??? no response from him ever, Carlos Maintenance acts like he’s the manager. This place is a joke.
