5 Stars because PEOPLE NEED TO SEE THIS!! PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS!!🙏🙏These are just some of the problems. My father's restroom ceiling collapsed and had to be replaced after repeatedly telling the office there was a problem. He's in his 60s. What if he had been in there at the time?? When we first moved in, it took a full week and a half before we had hot water. The dishwasher, as im typing this. Is leaking water all over the kitchen floor for the 2nd time this year. Im not able to open it at the moment. When I tried to, the entire unit pulled out. We also had a 2 week period where the wifi included in utilities payment went out. Completely cut out. All the people working from home, sorry🤷‍♂️ better luck next time, and yes, we were still charged the full amount. The gates do not work. They put locks on the gates and doors that interact with an app on your phone but don't work most of the time. This complex does not need to be open to the public. It's takes DAYS if not WEEKS to simply have maintenance check something. We constantly have water problems, and the roach infestation is absolutely disgusting and off-putting. I've been here for almost 2 years, and the office has gone through at least 4 employees since our move. The BIGGEST problem is that the office NEVER answers the phone. If you're having an emergency, that they need to be informed about good luck. You're on your own. If you are looking for a place, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILDRENS SAFETY!!! P.S. All the photos that have water in them, its about an inch. We are being charged almost $1400 rent for a 2 bed 2 bath, including utilities. They also charge $4.50 per load of laundry. This complex is NOT disabled friendly🙅‍♂️. They also charge around $200 per pet you have monthl. At least they did when I moved in. They also have to have all their shots and required paperwork to prove that. Oh, and we love the mold🫶🫶

DO NOT MOVE HERE. 1.) They're overcharging for rent when theu cant even keep their maintenance team in line. Been having multiple issues going on day 1 of me moving in, Sink kept getting clogged up from the dishwasher and they didn't make sure those two were working properly before someone was moving in. Garbage disposal was broken to where it took maintenance 3 MONTHS for them to come out and fix it when the job took literally 5 Minutes to solve for me to drain that disgusting water that sat in my sink for 3 months. 2.) They're constantly rotating new people in the front office like a Nba draft, The main guy Victor has a immature mentality to where he needs to seek out petty issues with tenants to fine you with on top of your rent. 3.) MULTIPLE Stray cats in this complex where some of the tenants actually kee them as a pet and they get charged nothing for violating pets in your unit. 4.) Roach infestation; FOR THE AMOUNT I PAY EVERY MONTH!? Beyond ridiculous. They offer you "One month Free" just to trap you in a lease and live like you're still struggling. 5.) Im constantly being charged violation fees for having a dog in my unit that I CLEARLY INFORMED VICTOR that Im dog sitting to earn extra funds to even pay off ridiculous fines and thats including rent. 6.) JUST RECENTLY My shower knob was broken to where water doesnt come out of the shower, Once again, Always informing the front office and submitted a work order for maintenance to come and fix it just for maintenance to constantly run into lying saying they'll come by and fix it with specific time frames just for them to never show up. 3 WEEKS LATER, They FINALLY Come by after me pressing management about it just for them to fix the shower problem within 5 Minutes 😂🤦🏽‍♂️. Like if the job was that simple, What was so hard about sending ONE GUY from the maintenance team to come to my unit and fix the problem. This whole complex, Management and maintenance is pitiful. I never lived somewhere where management handles apartment complexs like this. I Repeat, if you've been struggling to live a better life and you're looking for a lovely affordable apartment complex to live in, THESE APARTMENTS SHOULD BE LAST ON YOUR LIST.
