I was one of the first to move in, and from day one Coopers Row has gone above and beyond and has been one of the best experiences I've had with apartment living. Everyone who works in the office is friendly, a pleasure to work with, and goes out of their way to help if you have a question or concern. All maintenance requests are dealt with immediately, and they will check in to make sure that it was dealt with to your satisfaction. The amenities make living here feel like you're living in an upscale hotel. Cannot recommend this place enough.

My husband and I recently moved into Coopers Row and we absolutely love this wonderful place we get to call home located in the heart of the Pearl downtown. The Management Team & staff have been fantastic and always helpful and assisting us in anything we may need. We recently moved back to SA from Portland, Maine and knew the Pearl area is where we needed to be to having coffee shops, restaurants, exceptional farmers markets and the Pullman Market among numerous things to do on any given day. We Love walking outside Coopers Row and within steps have everything in our backyard and of course there is the River Walk where we enjoy walking in the morning or after dinner. The Lounge & Workout Facility are fabulous! Security staff are visible throughout the day and Maintenance Staff are professional and friendly. We just recently had a Pool Side Social last night with Live Music, delicious food, wine & cocktails. We had a wonderful time getting to meet our neighbors and looking forward to making new friendships.
