I’ve really enjoyed living here! It was my start-over apartment. The staff have always been super helpful and friendly. Maintenance issues were rare, but when something did come up, they responded quickly and took care of it right away. The pool is always clean and well-maintained. It’s a quiet community. I rarely saw or heard the neighbors and I never had any issues with package deliveries. Location is perfect, right next to the highway and a shopping center around the corner. So safe, I would run to fitness connection at 5am. Overall, a great place to live!

We moved into Citadel about two weeks ago and have been so pleased with all of the property managers. From the time we applied, to getting us all moved in, they have answered all of our questions quickly and professionally, and have made us feel at home. We had a plumbing issue recently, and it was taken care of immediately. A special shout out to Danny, the maintenance manager, who was so incredibly nice, helpful and courteous. He even took the time to answer some general questions I had about the apartment (light switched and such). Grateful to be living here, highly recommend. Beautiful apartments and well maintained property.

They are the true dream team — always responsive, kind, and committed to making sure residents and the community are well taken care of. Whether it’s planning community events, ensuring smooth communication, or going above and beyond in daily operations, their dedication shines through. The environment here is consistently clean, safe, and welcoming — a true testament to the entire staff’s hard work. A special shoutout to the amazing maintenance team as well! During a recent icy weather situation, they were proactive in keeping everyone safe by laying traction rocks and placing helpful reminder signs at the entrance to prevent accidents and remind residents to let their sinks drip — a thoughtful detail that didn’t go unnoticed. When I found myself needing to move quickly from my previous home, the staff stepped up without hesitation. They provided solutions, ensured I had somewhere to stay while my unit was being prepared, and supported me during a difficult situation with my movers. Their kindness and support made all the difference. Lexi, Tiffany, and Joseph — thank you for making every experience with Citadel Urban a positive and memorable one.
