We had an appointment to view a unit that I set up online. When we got there ge office was closed and we couldn’t reach anyone by phone. While we were waiting three other couples drove up with appointments. The sign said they were opened but the door was locked. When the apartment manager finally came to the office she said she had no idea we had an appointment. The outside appearance was not the greatest. Cracked pavement narrow roads to get to and from the units. Garage doors were smashed in. The rooms in the larger unit was still on the small side. Wasn’t overwhelmed by the property.

Jasmine demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout our interaction. She took the time to thoroughly address all questions and concerns my sister and I had, ensuring we clearly understood every step of the process. Her communication was clear, courteous, and prompt, and she handled everything with patience and efficiency. Jasmine’s knowledge and attention to detail truly stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. She is a strong asset to the property management team.

I’ve lived here for the past three years. I’ve never had an issue with rent or any home that I was in this year living here has been HELL!! the home that I’m currently in has very poor foundation. I was promised by the old apartment manager that I was gonna get grass for a year. The foundation in my home has gotten so bad that my walls are starting to crack. There’s a hump in my floor. My doors do not close and there was a rodent problem and work orders were not being complete and it felt personal as if mine didn’t want to get completed and I’ve always made it well known and had great communication when it comes to me paying rent. I’m fine paying the late fee. There were certain charges that weren’t adding up, but I still paid those charges and now I’m being told I’m not eligible to renew my lease because of late payments when I’ve had communication letting them know that I get paid on the 21st of every month unfortunately that is my pay schedule and that I was willing to pay any amount to be able to stay. It’s just poor to me how I’m being treated here I understand rent is due the first of the month unfortunately I can’t do anything with my pay schedule and it just sucks that living here has not been any great satisfaction. I live right across from the pool and the drain is always flooded from the sewage and it stinks horrible I loved living here at one point I always make sure to pay my rent in full, even if it’s late but to be treated this way, and to live in such poor conditions is ridiculous and it took them a whole month just to fix my AC unit. I never got a in wall unit. I was always calling and following up and until I threatened to speak to someone higher up as when it finally got done

The air conditioner doesn't work. I reported it in August because it was leaking and not cooling properly. They changed the filter, I reported it again in September because it wasn't cooling properly, and they said they fixed it, but it only improved slightly for a few days. I reported it again via text message, and they left a filter at the door. I reported it again on Monday, they came to check it and said it needed refrigerant. It's Wednesday now, and I still don't have air conditioning in my apartment, and they haven't fixed it. I went to the office, and they told me, "We don't have the refrigerant because your unit is very old. We sent someone to get it, and it should be arriving today." I politely asked if they couldn't fix it, at least give me a window unit because it's too hot. They said, "Sure, I'll check what I have to do to resolve this." Well, it's 9:35 pm, and nobody has come to fix the air conditioner, nor has anyone brought me a window unit. Please, I need my air conditioner fixed or my contract canceled. Thank you very much, it's been several months now. I understand they don't have the refrigerant, but this has been reported since August.

I’ve had a great experience with the new manager Ramona. I can see things moving in the right direction under her leadership. She is always kind and attentive. She has even taken on things that took place prior to her being here. No property is perfect but when issues are presented and corrected in a timely manner I can’t do anything but respect that. The maintenance team is great as well especially considering the size of the property and the amount of units they have to maintain. I don’t typically leave reviews but I wanted to share my positive experience. Often times reviews are only left when it’s something negative but I wanted to give credit where credit is due.
