While some residents have found the community welcoming with friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere, particularly appreciating the convenience of attached garages and individual backyards, many others have faced considerable challenges with day-to-day living. A recurring concern involves persistent maintenance issues, including problems with air conditioning, plumbing, and pest infestations, which often go unaddressed for extended periods despite multiple requests. Additionally, communication from management can be inconsistent, leading to frustration regarding unfulfilled promises and difficulties in resolving critical issues.

Do not move here. Major issues: - No reliable emergency maintenance support — when something urgent happens, you can’t reach anyone. - A/C failure for 6 days with my apartment reaching over 80°F each day; management refused to provide a portable unit, refused to call a vendor, and repeatedly blamed “shipping delays” for Freon instead of taking action. - Overhead garage door broken for 4 days — they refused to send someone over the weekend despite the security risk. - Master bedroom windows don’t open — reported on my move-in list and shown to the property manager in person about 3 weeks after move-in; now it’s been 4 months with no resolution. - Front door deadbolt can’t be unlocked because the building is shifting so much. - Ants everywhere — pest control/whatever they’ve done hasn’t helped, and I’ve been left to spray my own pantry periodically to keep them out of my food. - Roaches galore - Water quality issues — I was told to buy my own filter. - A window was missing for about a month (covered with foam), which increased my A/C usage and raised my electric bill. - Paint all over the floors from pre-move-in work — I was told it’s “not a maintenance issue.” - Ongoing communication failures — detailed emails get incomplete responses (if any), and I’m forced to follow up repeatedly to get basic updates. What actually happened (and why their public reply is just PR): I moved in January, and multiple issues have been present since move-in. I’ve reached out consistently—week after week—for months. The most frustrating part is the pattern: they don’t proactively solve problems, they don’t communicate clearly, and when something goes wrong it’s always “someone else’s fault” (vendors, shipping, etc.) rather than ownership and solutions. Their public response to my review says they “take these matters seriously” and want to “connect… to work toward a resolution.” That sounds good, but it doesn’t reflect what actually happens. They also keep updating that reply to match my new updates so it looks like they’re only hearing about these issues now—but it’s basically been the same copy-paste response for two months, while I’ve been reaching out the entire time. The A/C situation occurred after that reply and it was handled horribly: I went six days with the A/C not working properly while my unit hit over 80°F daily. There was no urgency, no meaningful plan, no temporary relief offered, and no accountability—just delays and excuses. Even with higher-level management involved at one point, the follow-through hasn’t been there. I shouldn’t have to constantly remind staff of unresolved issues, chase updates, or beg for basic maintenance and communication. Do not move here. It’s not worth any discounts they offer.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody

I didn’t enjoy my experience, to start off there was broken things when I first moved in that the office said they would send someone to fix , then they never did even when I complained multiple times , my roof flooded twice due to negligence by the apartment complex / upstairs neighbors .I had to go into the office yelling at them to fix it because it kept getting worse after I put in a maintenance request and called the office letting them know it was getting worse and they still didn’t care until I went into the office agitated . It took them almost a year to fix my door after they said they would at the beginning , this caused roaches to crawl In from outside leaves dust and many other things . I told them the bathroom flooding was causing my floors and baseboards to mess up they never fixed it , they told me they would fix the bubbles on the roof and never did . I cut my lease early and it won’t let me log onto to portal to pay and I sent an email yesterday asking for help and still no response. My yard gate was broken for a year and they filled a deep hole with random rocks instead of fixing it . Several problems which I understand things happen it’s the not caring attitude and promising to fix things and then not . I paid for pest control and yet there was still roaches everywhere outside . On the walls and front doors . It’s crazy how little they fixed things and actually helped for a 1,300+ a month apartment. There is for sure many many better places for cheaper .
