This community offers spacious, modern apartments and a peaceful atmosphere with excellent amenities like a 24-hour gym and inviting pool, all in a centralized location close to shops and restaurants. However, some residents have experienced issues with slow maintenance responses, pest control, and unexpected fees beyond the advertised rent, so it's wise for prospective tenants to inquire about all charges and thoroughly inspect their unit before moving in.

Andrew did great work. He showed me the parts requiring replacement. He explained the work he did. Both helped instill confidence in the repair work he did. Thank you.

Thankfully I’ll be moving into a house soon because this ain’t it!! They fix nothing and nothing actually works. Took 4 months for a leaking shower to be fixed and then 3 months to get a dishwasher fixed. They allow people with pets to be disgusting. Neighbor has like 5 dogs and they use the bathroom in the house, garage and balcony. They never clean it up so the smell seeps through the garage and through the balcony doors of my unit. So for over 17 months I’ve been subjected to having to having to keep candles going and spraying air fresheners daily. Can’t use my garage because it smells like Pterodactyl anus. They open their balcony and the smell just blows right into my unit.. my kids call it “The Purge”. Management and the city have been notified.. nothing has been done. I would never recommend this place. Have had 2 property managers in less than 2 years and they have all been bad. Included is a photo from my balcony to my neighbors. Scribbles on dog and personal item and photo was taken the same moment of this post to be transparent but I do have some absolutely gross footage. I wish those dogs had better owners fr.

I usually don't leave reviews but this needs to be put out there. This property is unorganized & it's ridiculous. I was moved into a dirty apartment. This place wants their money, but not everything is up to code. I got locked out of my apartment so I called the emergency maintenance number on my welcome letter & the gentleman stated that he wasn't going over to help & then hung up. I called the number several times and texted and didn't answer. I had to climb up to the second floor to get into my unit and go through the patio. My mailbox was broken into before I moved in and it took them three months just to replace it. The property manager Torri is unresponsive when it comes to emails. They also entered my apartment earlier this month without my permission. I have the surveillance showing them entering my unit. This place has given me nothing but trouble since I moved in here & I'm just over it at this point. I'm not complaining, but if I'm going be paying all of this money just to rent a apartment I at least want everything to be up to code & not having the weirdos enter my unit. It's unacceptable. On top of that, these apartments are overpriced for the ghetto area that it's located in.I'm so glad that I signed a short lease. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here unless your options are very limited.

4/18/26: Atlantic Pacific is putting lipstick on a pig lol. Update 3/5/26: Vultures tryna make me renew for $1882 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath LMAO then say “sorry you can’t afford it” nah I can afford it but I am not paying that for a 1 bedroom you must be out of your mind… Update 2/24/26: CAN YOU GUYS FIX THE MAILROOM ALREADY OH MY GOD ITS NOT THAT HARD WHY AM I PAYING $1650 A MONTH FOR THIS (1 BED 1 BATH BTW!!!) Update 10/23: Still took weeks to get a “new” oven handle they ripped off a different stove. My microwave and shelf in my laundry room both broke days after. Oh and they ended up just painting over the black mold in the bathroom. It’s in my AC vents guys. My daughter has asthma. You want her to die or something? Get a freaking grip. Update 9/17: Sylvia is not coming to my apartment for the walk through because she is butthurt about my negative reviews. Yeesh. I have been a resident at this apartment complex for over a year, and I can say with certainty that the "luxury" claims are misleading. What appears to be a good value on a tour quickly becomes an incredibly expensive and frustrating living situation due to severe and ongoing issues with maintenance and management. This is not a luxury apartment; it's a regretful and costly experience. The maintenance here is a constant source of frustration. My dryer has broken twice since I moved in. On one occasion, management provided keys to other vacant apartments so I could do my laundry, but what I discovered were multiple roach traps, confirming a widespread pest problem across the property. I had to wait for over a year to get my apartment treated by Terminix for a German roach infestation. Ongoing issues with my AC have led to a persistent ceiling leak above my bathtub. While it was eventually addressed, it left a section of my ceiling with ripped paint and black mold. Additionally, my oven has been missing a handle for over two months. Where’s my oven handle guys? The appliances themselves are of poor quality; my stove is unlevel, causing food to cook unevenly, and the bathtub is unlevel as well, so water never fully drains. My bathroom door has also been damaged by an AC leak and has not been replaced. I want to give a special shoutout to the sole maintenance man, Russell, who is fantastic and does his best, but is clearly overwhelmed by the workload. Management is completely unresponsive and treats tenants with a shocking lack of respect. I pay $129 a month for internet/cable and a $94 "service and amenities fee," which I was told goes toward “gym technicians” for the rarely-used gym equipment. You guys can’t even keep the pool clean. My and every resident’s $94 a month can’t hire a pool boy? Questionable. My total monthly cost is approximately $1,650 for a one-bedroom apartment, which is absurdly high when a comparable complex across the street charges over $700 less. (They’re the Vistas at Vance Jackson Apts by the way, my friend lives there and even though there’s roaches the monthly rent of $950 sounds better at least.) I work from home, and for the past several days, a neighbor's dog has been barking, yapping, and howling for eight hours a day. When I filed a complaint, management told me they couldn't do anything because the owner pays pet rent, effectively forcing all other residents in the building to suffer. The front office staff is in constant rotation. The company that owns this property is The Connor Group. A leasing agent at a different complex told me to stay away from anything they touch, and I can now confirm that advice. They are masters at creating a positive initial impression with a clean, show-ready apartment, but the reality of living here is constant, costly frustration. Do not make the same mistake I did. This complex is a significant financial burden for an experience filled with pests, broken appliances, and incompetent management. Save your money and look elsewhere. Personal note to management: Just because you don’t live here, doesn’t mean that you can treat your tenants like trash.
