Living here has been the most stressful and horrible experience of my life. It has single handedly ruined my mental health and quality of life. The first unit they had me in I was paired with dirty people who were pot heads..which management suggested I was lying about. Now they put me in a german roach infested unit where I am unable to use the kitchen whatsoever and am constantly paranoid. They have “treated” the unit twice yet it is not letting up. They have no urgency to relocate me AGAIN as if this isn’t a significant issue. If you value your sanity DO NOT LIVE HERE. I moved here with high hopes based off the reviews and let me just say I have NO idea how they have the rating they do. Management is unprofessional, unhelpful, and very rude. The apartments are extremely overpriced for the condition they are in. Every single one I have seen is rundown and DIRTY. The tenants here are just trashy in general. Trash everywhere, puke on sidewalk, loud neighbors partying until 4am, there are even car break ins. I advise you to find somewhere clean and safe because this place is not.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Cece and Kai at Campus Quarter Apartments, and I can’t say enough good things! Both were incredibly friendly and radiating positivity. Their outgoing personalities truly made my experience delightful and welcoming. The office was super nice and clean. I highly recommend Campus Quarter Apartments because of them!

Campus Quarters has been awesome to live at. The staff is friendly and actually helpful, maintenance gets things taken care of fast, and the location is super convenient for getting to campus. My unit has been clean and quiet, and I like that the amenities are actually usable (pool, study areas, gym). Parking has been easy too. Overall really solid place for students — definitely a 5⭐️ from me.

I’ve had a great experience living at Campus Quarters. The location is super convenient, especially for students, and the amenities are really solid for the price. The pool and clubhouse are great spots to hang out, and the gyms are a huge plus for not having to get an outside membership. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and the staff has always been helpful whenever we’ve had problems. The apartments themselves have good layouts and certain touches that make it feel more like home than a typical student complex. CQ has been a very reliable place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a student-friendly community in Corpus.

Looks like I'm not the only one with a poor experience here. Parents and tenants take note. They didn't want to work with me or compromise on the move out inspection, so now I get to share my experiences... Move in - the room is dirty, disgusting and atrocious. They will tell you nothing can be done about it. We took pictures, documented it all on our end. Move out - they hit you with cleaning fees, and charge you for the damage that was already existing when you got there. We too, are hit with stains on the carpet that were already there, and "grease on bedroom walls" that isn't there. They even took a picture of DUST ON THE CEILING FAN and said it was reason to charge the $100+ cleaning fee. When you argue it, magically there was a special form that you -should have been given - on move in to document damages and without that form they won't even respond or consider it. I provided them time stamped pictures and videos of the damage from move in day and still getting hit with the bill for the damages anyway. Attaching them here. Blinds were broken on move in day, I'm getting billed for it. Bathroom was a nightmare, I'm getting billed for it. Is that mold under the sink on move in day? Maybe? I'm no expert.. but they are, because a year later I'm being billed for that too. I'd recommend living literally anywhere else except here. They clearly aren't taking the money they charge you for damages and using that money to fix it - otherwise the move in conditions wouldn't be as bad as they are.
