Beware. Over charges for many items every month without properly explaining why. Not forthcoming about fees and hidden charges. Our surprise fees one month was the same as rent cost. Make sure your lease includes parking fees. Make sure you ask them to disclose your water and sewage fees. We were not notified and got many late fees even though we had it set to auto pay. Never accepts/approves your outside renters insurance and charge you so you pay twice. Some extra charges were due to them changing the pay system a couple of times. We paid as soon as we possibly could and were still charged extra. Nice facilities otherwise.

I can never pick up my packages. They have package lockers, but they never work. The office is only open during regular business hours (when I am working, just like everyone else). The mailroom door is always unlocked, so anyone can walk in and steal your letters because the actual mailboxes are left open, too. They don’t tell you when the office will be closed on Christmas Eve, so you can’t even pick up packages on your day off. They threaten to return packages to sender if you don’t pick them up within a couple days. Be prepared to miss work just to pick up your mail. Today, when I went to go try to get a package, the office door was unlocked and the alarm was going off like someone had broken in, but no staff were present.

they never fix anything, i requested 3 request 3 times each. everytime they said “its scheduled for repair” NO DATE NO NOTHING they didnt ask me for context or further details and just scheduled for repair but no certain date. They also didnt help me at all with a stolen scooter and told me the police had to do it themselves. waste of time management. every person in the office is useless. they should get fired and trained better by management. this is my last year in these apartments.

Parents please do not let your college student live a these apartments. My children have experienced nothing but problems and stress due to unanswered maintenance issues. Appliances not working, apartment has flooded 4 time in a month. Walls inside and outside show extremely water damage. Yet nothing has been done..oh wait they gave them a fan. A fan for the fourth time a fan! And apparently emergency maintenance is an AI bot who says somebody’s gonna come and get to you as soon as possible. My kids apartment has been flooding for two days.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences when talking to the office, Jasmin is really polite and is a good listener as I’ve had problems being locked out of my apartment and my AC broke down a couple months ago. She made sure to check in almost every day and asked if it was fixed, thankfully the AC was fixed the next day but I appreciate Jasmin for being super helpful and caring for those having issues!
