I have lived here since 17 March 2016. For the most part, I have become acclimated to living in an urban setting. I do appreciate the downtown community. In all honesty, more recently the place has been undergoing managerial and staff changes imposing challenges for me. New rules and procedures have been implemented with confusion. Seemingly, things are moving forward and progressing most handsomely with the present managerial staff. In particular, I hope Maira Alvarez stays. She has an approachable and professional demeanor. That is very much appreciated. I look forward to my continued residency here at downtown Calcasieu Apartments.

Excellent customer service. Proactive pest control and the maintenance guys are always there when I need them. Lived here precovid lockdown and this is the best community we have ever had
