Cadillac Lofts

Living here’s been great! I’ve lived here for about 10 months and I love the location and the design of the apartments. They’re so unique. The “rooftop terrace” is really nice to relax at as well.

I have lived at the Cadillac Lofts for 3 years now and my significant other and I just transferred into a bigger unit at the property. Our leasing agent Laura has been so great to work with over the years and she made this transfer so smooth despite it being so short notice, and with all the things she has on her plate. Overall great experience!

The location truly can’t be beat—right in the heart of downtown San Antonio, with everything from restaurants to entertainment just steps away. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and city living. The building has a unique industrial charm, and the community always feels clean, safe, and well-maintained. What really sets Cadillac Lofts apart, though, is the outstanding staff. Laura, in particular, deserves special recognition. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests, or just making residents feel welcome, Laura consistently delivers exceptional service. I highly recommend Cadillac Lofts to anyone looking for a great place to live downtown. Five stars all the way!

Been living at Cadillac Lofts for two months now and I LOVE IT HERE! My husband and I have been loving our walks since so much is accesible to us now. Laura from the leasing office was and has been so amazing with our moving process! We came to tour originally in July to move around October. She gaves us all the information we needed plus more while being attentive to what we wanted. We moved in October like planned and the communication with her plus maintenance has been great. We've needed to call maintenance for help with our washer dryer hookups and they were quick to come attend. Living here is truly a joy and I reccomend anyone thats just thinking about it to take that leap because you will love it here!

I have been at Cadillac lofts for 10 months and I absolutely love it here. The location is perfect and you can get mostly anywhere in the city in about 15-20 mins. Fiesta parades are so much fun and literally go down the street we have are on you can watch from your windows or go downstairs and join the party. The staff is also amazing and so friendly. Megan helped me get into a smaller unit after a failed relationship and I’m so grateful for that!
