After 6 months, I'd say the place is pretty good! No bugs, real quiet, excellent location, respectful neighbors. The new Property Manager in the office has been nothing but kind and helpful. If you're thinking about moving it's worth a look!

DON’T MOVE HERE! This place is roach infested, constant apartments having flooding problems. 🪳 The only thing kept up if the pool here. They paint a pretty picture on the outside but the inside once you’re in you’ll have roach problems. They charge you pest control but don't ever come spray. The flooding problem is actually sewer water which is disgusting 🤮 I had no food in these cabinets that were infested this whole year and still got this outcome. Ever since the new Company took over nobody knows anything about how much your utilities are or how much you owe but they keep sending utility bills of over $700??? I asked for an itinerary of the charges and got oh they can’t the system is down since November 2022? Come on people who are they kidding!!!! This is your Warning ⚠️ Don’t move here you’ll regret it and definitely not worth over $900 a month for any bedroom here. trust me every apartment has roaches, flooding or ac problems.
