A few months away to being a year I've lived here. My family and I love it here! The staff is great and everyone here is friendly. So glad we found these townhomes ♥️

Overall it's a really nice place to live. It's a very quiet laid-back community. The buildings have some minor issues because they were built in the '80s (I think...) But Edward and the maintenance team are on top of anything that goes wrong real quick. All the staff are very friendly.

Joni has made the move-in process so seamless, and has been incredibly patient with all the questions I've had throughout the process. She even came in on an off day to give us our keys on the first day of our lease! The maintenance team has been fantastic as well. We had an issue with our fridge upon move-in and submitted a ticket, expecting to have to wait a long time for a spare part or something, but they outright replaced the fridge within a day or so. Today, while handling a ticket for a non-urgent issue, they noticed an unrelated issue and resolved it for us (despite me offering to resolve it myself at a later time). I just wish I'd found this complex sooner; every neighbor I've met so far has been incredibly nice (and have all been here for several years, so that speaks for itself). Looking forward to this new chapter!

Hi everyone . I had a wonderful experience with Dawn over there at Broken Oaks Townhomes . She was very professional , and polite. I walked into the office and was greeted with warmth, and the townhomes and location is very beautiful. I cannot wait to become a resident of this community! Update: So I finally moved into Broken Oak Townhomes and I love it!! It is so quite out here and so far the neighbors and the community is fantastic! I can go for daily jogs feeling safe. I had a few maintenance request and they are being serviced very promptly. I am happy I chose this place!!

Let take you through my experience at my almost 2 years at broken oak. When we first found the place I honestly thought it was income restricted because of the price… I mean renting for $.75 a square foot so close to stone oak? Had to be. But nope. Daniel (the leasing agent at the time) was very helpful and informative when I asked about a million and one questions- even when I kept calling them about stuff I had forgotten- despite it being months before we were supposed to move. On move in date in October of 2015, the maintenance man came in with us to do a walk through to get an idea if we needed anything fixed. He was very nice and made small talk as we walked through. The couple items that needed to be fixed where done so the next day even though they were small (like changing a light bulb in one of the fans). Shortly after moving in though the paint on one of our tubs peeled up- which I thought they would demand to be fixed forcing us to use the second restroom for days but he said that since we didn’t mind- they didn’t either. Throughout the next several months small things needed to get fixed which almost always got fixed within 24 business hours. However, there was one instance where we had been busy and let several small tasks pile up, we reported about ten request on Wednesday, not expecting them to come and fix the 10 small tasks for a least a week, however that Friday we get a note on the door from the maintenance man about how bad he felt that he couldn’t get to all the items faster and how he promised he would be there bright and early Monday, sure enough, not minutes after the office opened he there, still very apologetic, for the TWO days it had taken to get to us. I just laughed as he was feeling horrible over the sink leaking and other small things when our last place lets us go six months without a dishwasher. We paid our rent online and did service request there to- which let me tell you is the best thing ever. The first year we were here- we had to go to the office twice- one time because amazon delivered a package to them, and the second because we wanted to get the ball rolling on signing a new lease. Dawn had just started and was also very helpful, she went above and beyond to make it easy for us. And has ever since- on the rare occasion I have to go into the office she greets me and my fiancée by name and as family. Right after signing our second lease days before thanksgiving our fridge decided to die. Panicked I called the office and the maintenance man was pulled out of a meeting across town to come do a temporary fix on our fridge and came the next morning with a new one. Another year has passed without problems and we are still very impressed with Broken Oak. When we were looking for apartments originally- I couldn’t fathom getting so lucky. It has been 2 years and I have still yet to have a problem with them. While we were planning on living here till we got a house- at least another 5 years- sadly we have to move due to a change it jobs. But for anyone looking- It is HIGHLY recommended to move in, I promise you can’t do better (trust me I looked everywhere).
