Daniela did an amazing job at getting me prepared and helping me with getting my first apartment! Apartment itself was very clean, no bugs! Staff is incredibly friendly and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this place.

This place is a nightmare. There are so many lizards outside my apartment it feels like I’m living in the middle of a forest, not an apartment complex. They’re constantly crawling around and even trying to get inside. I’ve complained to management over and over again, and they’ve done absolutely nothing. Zero action, zero care for residents. If you value your comfort, peace of mind, or basic cleanliness, DO NOT lease here. You’ll regret it.

I had trouble since day 1 of moving there and the last day of being there as well. I should have done a better job at document all that was wrong with the apartment since I moved in. The sink in the kitchen was chipped at move in and I am now being charged for it. I should have checked the oven the first day since I am now being charged a cleaning fee. The oven was dirty but I didn’t use the oven the first couple of months and didn’t know. The kitchen drawers were sticky and I had to put aluminum foil down cause I didn’t feel comfortable putting my utensils in there. The bath tub looked like it was just painted over when I moved in and the paint chipped within the first month of being there and now I’m being charged a “strip and resurface” fee. I also wasn’t aware that there is a pipe above the bathtub and it will leak at times. Picture of the pipe since I can’t put a video of it leaking. Before my move out day I was not notified that I would need to cancel the auto draft and obtain a money order to pay the remaining balance. So I was charged a full month’s rent. When I emailed about this situation it was told that I needed to get a money order even though I was still charged. Even though they apologized for the inconvenience, that apology isn’t going to pay for the bills that I have coming up and buy me groceries. Payday is still a while away so I am gonna have to find a way to pay for what I need. For anyone looking to move into these apartments I would highly consider looking elsewhere. There are definitely better apartments at the same price range.

I will preface this by saying moving here was not my choice, but my mother's. And i'm glad I did. But inflation became a big problem for me, so I had to leave. These apartments are fairly close to everything I needed. There's a Walmart about 8 minutes away, and HEB is down the street. For the students in the area, UTHealth is literally across the street. Maintenence did a great job, for the most part. I did have an interesting conversation with a maintenence worker who said he was leaving because his coworkers were fixing the AC units incorrectly, leading to the units breaking. This makes sense as the AC would stop working every other month, or so. But, I appreciate how quickly the response was toward fixing issues. Though, there was an issue with the Hot and Cold sides of the bathtub faucet switching. I asked a maintenance man what to do, and he said that it didnt matter because I had been living there for a long time (a total of 3 years). The gate at the back of the complex would sometimes be stuck open, which didn't seem safe. This was also a concern of mine. As was not being able to check my mail because the mail room was locked after 6 pm (someone broke in and caused problems of some sort). Management and staff were always great to me. I wish I could personally thank Ashley for being understanding. Especially, at the end of my stay there. Again, inflation, as well as personal issues, had caused me to struggle a bit. And as frustrating as that had to be for her, she did what she could on her end. Ultimately, I had to move because rent was getting to be a bit too high. But finally, things are back on track.
