⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional experience from start to finish! I can’t say enough great things about Broadstone Colonnade. From the moment I reached out, the entire leasing process was smooth, stress-free, and incredibly well organized. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming—exactly the kind of place you’re excited to call home. A huge shout-out to Susan, who truly made all the difference. She was fast, efficient, and beyond helpful every step of the way. Susan explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole lease process feel easy and seamless. Her professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness went above and beyond my expectations. If you’re looking for an apartment where management genuinely cares and the move-in process is effortless, I highly recommend Broadstone Colonnade—and if you get the chance to work with Susan, you’re in the best hands possible!

We just renewed because we’re extremely happy with the new management change. Office staff is great and the property is looking better by the day. I’ve seen the new manager out on property on the daily picking up dog poop, trash and sweeping the hallways. She’s super friendly and always waves at me when I’m out on the patio with my fur baby. She pets my dog every time she sees us.

I lived here for 11 months and consistently paid rent on time. Throughout my lease, I requested a gate key fob multiple times (11 total) and was told I was on a waitlist that never resulted in getting one. When I gave my 60-day notice in person, the office later claimed they never received it and tried to move me to a month-to-month lease. Thankfully, I had receipts and email proof with timestamps. After clarifying that I would not be renewing, I asked for my portal to be updated so I could make my final payment. It was never updated, and when I called to follow up, I was told I now had to bring a money order in person and that a late fee had been added. I paid my rent but not the late fee, and shortly after, I was served with an eviction notice. The management turnover here is constant, communication is poor, and the property is infested with roaches. The pool was also closed most of the summer. Overall, I’d recommend looking at other nearby apartments before choosing this one.

I originally had a 15 month lease, signed 7/09/2024 to end 10/06/2025. I am terminating my lease early (09/29/2025.) It would have been 2 months earlier if it wasn't for the required 60 days notice. I have had nothing but issues since I moved in. The first two months my bedroom light would not work. The ac overflow drain would not stop dripping into my bathtub for the first two months as well, leaving a stain. The latter issue wasn't resolved until the ac cover leaked rusty water all over my bathroom, including my sink counter that had cosmetics and toiletries. AC has stopped working three times in my time here, all three times my apartments was over 80 degrees (once had to call emergency because my apartment was over 90 and was told that it wasn’t an emergency and had to call back again to finally submit an emergency request.) I have had pipes leak. The breezeways have been covered in bird shit and dog feces. Apparently the 8 dollars a month for pest control hasn’t been allocated properly because there has been a wasp nest in the breezeway near my door for a month. Ants have been an off and on problem since moving in. Should have known when I moved in and there was a wasp nest on my balcony that they didn’t resolve till 2 weeks after. There has been a tank outside my door since I’ve moved in. Have been told countless times that it would be removed and then nothing happens. The security gates haven't worked in two months (which is only this time, it breaks consistently. Mail boxes have been broken into twice since living here, both times the office was not the one who told me but instead I was notified that a package was being held at the postal office. One of these times I had been waiting on a debit card replacement that I immediately had to cancel. Currently I have not had a working dishwasher in 4 (almost 5) months, though I have followed up with the office and maintenance Multiple times. Emails are left ignored and using the communications portal in the resident site gets no answer. And the piece de résistance, I have now had one of my neighbors smear dog shit into my doormat, to which the office just put a threat of charging 150 dollars if the behaviour continues, including mine. Keep looking because they will not respect and maintain their properties, and most of all they won’t respect you. (Almost forgot but there hasnt been a single fire extinguisher check since I moved in and the tags on the public breezeway extinguishers say they were checked over 3 years ago)

The worst maintenance team ever. They close work orders without even completing them. Moved in on Nov 12 2024 and the apartment wasn’t fully finished. Jorge the staff that I worked with said it would be ready by the Nov 11 2024 and it wasn’t. Till now the work order that has been submitted hasn’t been taken care of or completed. The management team is horrible at handling and responding to tenants. Responding to the feedback, I’m still a resident at the complex and no one has bothered to fix any issues at my apartment 🤬
