Brio at Lookout

Ok, so I've reached my level of patience. I've lived here a little over 2 years. First year was great until it wasn't. Yes, this place is under new management and I thought it would be a turn for the better. Unfortunately, this is not the case. It is near impossible to get anyone to answer the phone throughout the day. I've tried multiple times all different business hours and nothing. Leaving a message is worthless - absolutely no urgency on a call back. As a matter of fact, I'm still waiting for one from a week ago. (This involves a maintenance report) - Did I mention we have no active online resident portal yet? Oh! Wait - we received an email to register for some weird portal with little to no information. All of a sudden nothing from my current resident file is included. Hm! Weird! So now I'm frustrated because I signed up for this so called resident portal that has no payment options except for me to "calculate" my rent payment and authorize it. What??? I'm not authorizing anything. Of course, I called the office to get some insight on this new portal and 'you guessed it' NO answer!! So I'm stuck living in the stone age, dropping off a cashier's check to the office, and hoping someone will be there to accept it. Office hours apparently don't exist at this place. Good luck to those who live here. I'm counting down the days! This year! I'm out!

Huge thanks to the team here! Brian and Aiden were super helpful and quick to fix the issues in my apartment—they made everything easy and fast. Shoutout to Blake for helping me when my car unexpectedly stopped, that really meant a lot. And thank you to the manager, McKenna, for running such a great and supportive team. Apartments are beautiful but Ive been living here for about five months now & still do not have access to my mail box, gym, or pool after leasing hours. Occasionally Ill get locked in the mail room because it requires fob access. Management changed about a month ago but yet no one can seem to order key fobs for their residents. Im paying for amenities yet I dont have access to them 24/7. Ive been told multiple times oh were waiting for people to move out next week will have some and yet there is never any. To make matters worse new management doesnt have their online portal set up for rent so everything is cashier checks half the time the office workers arent there or they open late.

FINALLY! Brio at Lookout is turning things around New Management is the real deal! I've been a resident here for a couple of years, and honestly, the apartment complex was suffering badly under poor previous oversight. In fact, I was on the verge of moving out completely. Seriously, the difference under the new management is night and day. Lisa, the new property manager, is the absolute MVP. Her knowledge is seriously impressive, and the way she tackles inquiries and accommodations is lightning-fast and professional. Seeing this massive improvement gave me confidence, and I made the choice to stay in a new unit here. She's showing everyone this complex is finally heading in the right direction. It's such a relief to feel supported and taken care of! Also, huge thanks to Shelby at the front desk for always being helpful, especially with that last-minute inquiry I had. I'm genuinely reassured and appreciative of the immediate improvements. Keep crushing it, Brio!

Shout out to the office Shelby & Briana Those two are the sweetest and they are professional at what they do 🫶🏽!! The manger as well , she is very understanding and excellent at what she does. All 3 ladies here are awesome Best choice i made so far this year. Continuing; I love these apartments!! The staff and manger are really amazing. Words cant express how grateful I am to stay here. Its been 4 mo the and im loving the area here its beautiful, quiet, nice, and friendly neighbors. Maintenence is awesome they come when requested. I have no issues here. I recommend anyone who's looking a place to stay and call a forever home here.
