My storage unit was broken into. Maintenance repaired the door promptly but I couldn’t close the door. I flagged down David who was passing by in his cart. He immediately repaired the door so this 73 year old could close and lock the door with ease. His kindness accompanied with his professional assistance left me feeling secure and thankful!

Genuinely the best place I’ve ever lived, and I’ve lived in apartments since I was young! I’m going on my 3rd year here and I have zero complaints. The front office is the kindest and most understanding, and the maintenance team is on top of things. I’ll be very sad when it’s finally time for me to move on, but for now this is the only apartments I can see myself living in! Thank you, Boulder Creek team!

My fiance and I had a great experience so far! Touring was great, Chloe is incredibly kind and helpful. We moved in fully last week and love the place. The community is quiet and peaceful, in a great location, very clean and the apartment itself is exactly what we need.

We have recently moved here and we love it so far. The staff has been great even since before moving in. These amazing ladies are a big part of the positive experience of living here. They will respond really fast to requests, and maintenance staff does a pretty good job in keeping things working. Nice apartments, great views, common areas are mostly well-kept.

I love being a part of the Boulder Creek community! This is definitely my best apartment living experience so far. I love how pet friendly the complex is! I mean, c’mon, the dog park has a doggy pool. The community is great. The office is always planning different events to get to know your neighbors, and to get a little treat while doing so. Not to mention, most importantly, I feel safe here. I have had a few maintenance issues, but the office has always treated me like a priority even though I’m sure they have a million things to do. If maintenance can’t come out right away, they try their best to help me find a solution in the meantime. That being said the turnaround for maintenance is still super fast, and efficient. I’m sure thankful I found such a great complex!
