Belknap Arms

Renter beware: MOLD and take forever on repairs. Our apartment was also constantly dusty no matter how many times we vacuumed. The exposed brick is porous so it has absorbed all the things over the years so beware of that. I didn’t think not having an in unit washer and dry would be that big of a deal but they also charge $2 per wash and dry on the machines which are frequently broken. Our bathroom sink and oven broke and it took over 3 weeks to get them to come check it out to fix it. It’s in a good location so that’s something is has going for it.

I was a tenant at Belknap Arms for 5 years, when I moved in it was under manager Gayle snd then Aspire Asset Management and i must say, Debra Major and staff at Aspire Asset Management Group hands down are the best! Snd as far as Belknap Arms goes very nice apareñtmemts i have lived in 2 different units I lived in a large 2 bd 2 bath beautiful floors snd built in book shelves with storage and storage under stairs then I moved into a smaller unit 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with a cute little terrace facing Belknap street with French doors. Both beautiful apartments. Also the neighbors are great we all would hang out outside Friday’s after work for a little while then in our apartments or off to wherever early. everyone looks out for each other. If I ever go back to apartment living Belknap Arms is where i will go.
