Belknap Arms

Living at Belknap Arms Apartments for the past 5 years has honestly been such a positive experience, and I’m really grateful I chose to live here. From the beginning, the staff has been welcoming, respectful, and always willing to help when something comes up. It makes a big difference feeling like you’re truly taken care of. The community itself is well-kept and has a comfortable, peaceful vibe. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, it’s been handled quickly and without any hassle. It’s been a real pleasure having Taray in the office most recently. She is always cheerful and friendly. She’s been a great addition to the staff. It really feels like home, and I appreciate the effort the team puts in every day to keep everything running smoothly.

Renter beware: MOLD and take forever on repairs. Our apartment was also constantly dusty no matter how many times we vacuumed. The exposed brick is porous so it has absorbed all the things over the years so beware of that. I didn’t think not having an in unit washer and dry would be that big of a deal but they also charge $2 per wash and dry on the machines which are frequently broken. Our bathroom sink and oven broke and it took over 3 weeks to get them to come check it out to fix it. It’s in a good location so that’s something is has going for it.

Very nice apartments and unique. Just not the location I needed for my job.

The property manager Lanette is always very professional and makes you feel like you are a priority no matter how busy she might be.
