Living at Augusta Flats has been awesome. Moved in a couple of months ago with my gf, big shout out to Jessica she was amazing and made everything super easy for us. The location can’t be beat — right downtown and close to all the local spots, which makes getting out and about super convenient. All of the staff is very helpful and accommodating when I have questions or concerns. Definitely recommend if you want a downtown spot with a chill vibe and great management.

Recently, I was a guest at Augusta Flat Apartments and stayed for a few weeks. During my stay, I was not only pleased with the cleanliness of the property, the close proximity and walking distance to Downtown San Antonio, I was impressed the grounds are clean and well-maintained. The details were impeccably noticed by the Grounds team on a daily basis. If a light bulb was out, within 24 hours, it was already changed out and I had meant to say something, but they took care of it before I could say anything. Also, I noticed the residents take great pride in cleaning up after their dogs during their walks by using the plastic bag dispensers. The Augusta Team: Ralph, Jessica, and Tiffani, were so professional, delivered exemplary customer service and a delight to work with when I had any issues or questions. They would greet me with a smile, listen with an open ear, and resolve my questions immediately. They made me feel at home and never a burden, a great example of leadership and a team that collaborates well together. I had attended the Social Hour on a Thursday and met Augusta Flats residents who were kind and from different backgrounds. It was a great way to connect away from the daily rigors of work and meet other residents and laugh while socializing and listening to great music. I will definitely return to Augusta Flats and would be a top selection for a future home. 5 Stars to Augusta Flats!

I recently toured Augusta Flats and had an incredible experience! Ralph showed me around, and he was so nice, professional, and patient with all my questions. I was actually surprised to find out later that he’s the Property Manager. The fact that he takes the time to personally give tours and treat potential residents with such care says a lot about the management here. Highly recommend!

Moved into Agusta Flats in December with my boyfriend and we’ve had a great experience. Huge shout out to Jessica. She made the whole process so easy and was always quick to answer any questions. She’s amazing at her job and genuinely an AMAZING person. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, which is really important to me as a woman living downtown. The amenities are a big plus too!! The on-site convenience store and golf simulator are 10/10. Also want to shout out Tiffany and Ralph. The entire team is friendly and truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a downtown apartment with great management and a safe, comfortable vibe! P.S. They are pet friendly and accommodating to your needs.

I have LOVED getting to work with the entire staff team here at Augusta Flats. Tiffani, Jessica, and Ralph are my favorite people😍 My entire experience from my very first visit with Tiffani and Jessica, to submitting my application with the help of both ladies, and getting approved and everything finalized and set up with Ralph- it was just an AMAZING experience. All three of them were all SO helpful and kind to me each visit and they all worked so great as a TEAM to make me feel right at home. I moved in 2 weeks ago now, and I am so far really happy with the decision I made to move here. The staff is incredible, the apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are amazing! I would 10/10 recommend here to anyone - since I have had such a positive experience myself.
