Aspire at Tampico

I’m stuck here for now, but it’s infested with bugs you hear a train every 30 minutes at all times of the day/night you can hear your neighbors do everything very expensive as well considering the amount of bs you have to deal with mixed with the very little privacy dirty pool no working gym equipment no guest parking and i’m pretty sure the management is working with the tow company be warned people also the original owners couldn’t handle this property the company i originally signed my contract with they just left. Now we have new owners now Ave 5 they are even worse I woke up one day till about 500 maggots Crawling in every inch of this place the bathroom it my clothes my shoes. Besides some dirt from my work boots my place is clean i also sweep and mop every day multiple maintenance request and pest control request and they had no answer for me. I single-handedly got all the insects out on my own on my own dollar and I’ve got nothing but raised rent. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. I only have until May left tg Oh, and by the way, I had to take off work and it took me almost a whole month and a half to get rid of all the insects The maggots turn in the flies and I mean hundreds . I couldn’t even sleep it started to affect my mental. I honestly was thinking I was cursed by a witch or something i counted one night i killed 342 flies in 11 hours

These apartments are filthy outside to the point of posing a health hazard to residents and visitors alike. There is dog poop anywhere and everywhere in the middle of sidewalks and pathways throughout the complex. You can smell dog poop as soon as you walk outside. The dumpster is often overflowing and this trash can sit out there for days before it’s cleaned up. I am so disappointed that such a new, needed, and promising affordable housing project has so quickly descended into this condition.
