Artisan On the Bluff

Beautiful and well maintained property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Latasha and Katelyn are the best and very informative. I recommend this property.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Artisan on the Bluff, from management to maintenance. I recall when I moved in a couple of years ago; the manager (Manny) had just started at Artisan and faced a significant challenge with the underachieving complex. There were issues such as mailbox break-ins, vehicle thefts, and various non-residents (guests) wandering about without regard for management or disruptive residents that just didn’t care about the community. I know that by the amount of trash just thrown in common areas, or constantly breaking the gates, etc. Even a resident's guest parked their motorcycle on the breezeway. However, Manny and his team took on each task one or two at a time. He promptly added a gated fence to the mailbox area, the pool was broken from the freeze a year before and he had it repaired and it’s maintained very well, he had all of the entire outdoor apt buildings and doors repainted, breezeways power washed, ensured all outdoor lights were new and operational, and, through his efforts, all unwanted guests and disruptive residents were gone by the following year or two, I’m not really sure who or how but I definitely noticed the presence change in the community. He successfully revitalized the entire complex with remarkable efficiency. Now, it’s lovely to see that every resident is respectful and friendly, exchanging pleasantries such as “good morning” or “good evening.” Even though we may not know each other by name, we look out for one another. This sense of community wasn't formed by residents alone; it was fostered by an exceptional manager -Manny. Although Candy, the assistant manager, is no longer at this property, she was a tremendous asset during her time, working closely with Manny. We were sad to see her go, but wherever she is now, she will undoubtedly make a positive impact, given the experience she inherited from being at Artisan. Regarding maintenance, having lived in apartments for most of my life, I’ve often lacked confidence in maintenance teams. However, the three gentlemen and a painter at Artisan form a truly professional dream team. No task is too difficult or overlooked. Most importantly, they conduct their work with professionalism—some may be quiet, but they always get the job done correctly. Lastly, the monthly activities are fantastic! I’ve had the pleasure of attending a few, especially during times when I needed some uplifting vibes. I highly recommend living here, and if you do choose to join us, please help maintain the positive atmosphere and cherish this wonderful community. Ohh, yes of course - the actual apartment themselves have great floorplans! that’s the bonus ☺️
