I'm also here to confirm the constant fire alarms going off at all hours of the day/night in building 2. This has been going on for over 2 months, and I have a paper trail with the front office stating it was fixed over a month ago which is false. I have reached out to San Antonio Fire Prevention along with the city's building inspector. They went off over night and early this morning again, so I've been calling 911 each time to report it. The dispatcher said he's surprised this hasn't been resolved, but to continue to call every time they go off. The more reports they receive, the sooner this will be taken seriously. If you are an Artessa building 2 resident, I encourage you to do the same. Update in response to the reply: I have contacted ya'll multiple times via phone and email – you know this, though. They went off again three times today 10/5 between 1p and 10:30p, and multiple residents called the fire department. Firetrol has been here for over a week trying to fix the issue, and you know this too, yet it's been ongoing for months without resolve. Don't play coy here in the Google reviews. Do your job, keep your residents safe, and stop gaslighting us by saying that the false alarms have been fixed.

I am so happy living here, Francesca my dog has to visit the office on a daily basis. While I enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee. I enjoy seeing all of the neighbors and staff they are all so professional and friendly. After owning a home for 20 yrs. It's is nice not to have to worry about resolving or repair home ownership problems.
