Art House SATX

This apartment complex is great, if you want horrible neighbors and no action taken against people violating the rules. Don’t move here. It’s too expensive for the service you’re given. Literally go somewhere else. Worst decision I’ve made was to move here.

Do NOT LIVE HERE!!! CONSTANT HONKING THROUGHOUT THE NIGHTS YOU WILL NOT SLEEP AT ALL.

I recently moved to Art House in December 2024 and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. Staff has been there to answer any questions and concerns that I may have had. The apartment itself is clean, modern and equipped with everything I need. The location is also ideal as I’m close to grocery stores, restaurants and any other nearby conveniences that I may need making it super convenient for my daily needs. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here for the next year. I would like to give a special thank you to Jada in the leasing office as she has been most helpful to me throughout my transition here.

A big thank you to Jada, Joanna and Carol, the manager for making me feel welcome at Art House SATX. They work well as a team in running this beautiful complex. Their courteous and professionalism is second to none. Five Stars! The grounds here are nice and there is so much to see. Everything is centrally located for easy access and the building is located in the heart of Southtown. I look forward to becoming one of the newest residents here at Art House SATX soon!

I feel as if a lot of these positive reviews are fake. They are not correct for the most part. For the price the complex has not lived up to basic apt complex standards. There have been daily vehicle break ins. Including my own vehicle. At this point I leave the windows down just so they won’t be broken. Just walk thru the garage or visitor parking and you’ll find broken glass on the floor which they are quick to pick up which doesn’t go for other aspects of the building. I know one tenant had his vehicle stolen from the garage and another his motorcycle. Building maintenance is horrible. The parking garage door stays open all the time cus it’s constantly breaking and does not get fixed in its entirety. People are free to come and go without needing any form of access. Packages and delivered food also get stolen. Even people rifling thru the dumpsters stealing unopened mail. The multiple hallways/stairwells have 24hr strobes that can easily cause someone to fall or even cause a seizure if epileptic. So many things are not up to par here and paying $1800 for a small 2 bedroom should come with the safety of one’s belongings.
