I recently toured with Madison and she was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without hesitation. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very inviting. Overall, it was such a great experience — I highly recommend touring with Madison!

I toured these apartments with Madison and she was the sweetest person ever! The property is very nice and it makes you feel so welcomed with having staff like Madison!

I’ve lived in about four different properties in the past years but this property has to be by far the best! It has a gorgeous pool, dog park, a dog bath and an amazing office staff! Amelia does such wonderful work around the property keeping it clean and organized. I’ve only had to had to call Marco once for assistance with my apartment and he came right away to fix the issue (he’s also really funny so that’s a plus!). Madison and Kayla were so awesome to work with during the entire leasing process. Jessica, Alta's property manger has also been incredibly helpful and kind, thanks to the team I had one of the easiest move ins ever!

The pool and outdoor seating area are my favorite spots. They always feel peaceful and well-kept. My apartment is super spacious, and I love having a balcony to enjoy some fresh air in the mornings. The staff here really makes the place feel like home. Kayla and Madison are the sweetest! They made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free, and they’re always so kind whenever I stop by the office. The maintenance team is great too; they handle requests quickly and with a friendly attitude. Overall, this has been a great living experience at Alta Westover Hills ;)

I recently moved into this apartment complex and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From day one, the leasing office—especially Kayla and Madison—has been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels very safe and peaceful. My apartment is modern, clean, and spacious—exactly what I was looking for. It truly feels like home already. Huge shoutout to Kayla and Madison for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service is top-notch, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. If you're looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend this community!
