The whole team is extremely supportive, patient, welcoming, and kind. Moving to a new state and finding a place to live felt daunting and stressful at times, but touring with Dominic made the process so much easier. He was professional, informative, patient, and transparent, answering all of our questions and helping my family feel confident in our decision. I truly appreciate the leasing office for all that they do. Tracy, Selina, Mariella, and Dominic consistently go above and beyond to make this community feel like home. Each of them is attentive, helpful, and understanding of residents’ needs. I genuinely enjoy living here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming place to call home!

Allora Alamo Heights is a great place to live. I have recently relocated to SA and visited a handful of places. Mariela and Selene were amazing from the get go and helped make a differentiated experience on what complex I selected. Both were very friendly, courteous, and very responsive. The location is great as it is very centric and easy to get anywhere you want to get to in the city. Parking has not been an issue at all. Amenities are great, the neighborhood is quiet and serene in spite the proximity to the airport. Would highly recommend Allora to anyone looking!

Love the location and friendly neighbors. Management has been very accommodating, friendly and helpful. As with anything there are always little minor occurrences by a few. This is to be expected. Things are always improving with the property. The kitchen is super spacious. The pool area is beautiful.

I am sharing a positive experience with our Maintenance manager, Andrew. We experienced a water leak in our ceiling during the recent freeze. We reported this to Andrew who quickly responded with an apartment inspection to determine the source of the leak. Andrew quickly located the source and took the necessary steps to stop the leak and stop any additional damage to our ceiling. Andrew explained in detail the process for repairing the ceiling and scheduled all of the individuals required to fully repair our apartment. At each step Andrew was here to explain the current process and introduce the individuals that would be performing the work. From start to finish was only 4 days. I say this having experienced this same scenario as a homeowner knowing full well the process usually takes several weeks. I can’t say enough about how Andrew`s efforts made what could have been an unpleasant experience into something much less and honestly was hardly an inconvenience at all. With the repair completed, you cannot tell that there was any damage to the ceiling. Very professional work! We are grateful to receive such professional service from Allora Alamo Heights.
