Arionne is an outstanding Leasing Manager. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. If there was ever something I had questions about, she was quick to respond and always offered helpful solutions, including sister property options when appropriate. The amount of information she provided about each community was impressive you would never know she manages multiple properties based on the level of care and attention she gives. Arionne is approachable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

I recently moved into Westover Hills Apartments and had the pleasure of working with Angel during my move-in process. From the very start, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Angel made everything smooth and stress-free — she answered all my questions, kept me updated, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect before and after move-in. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well maintained, and the amenities are always clean and in great condition. The pool, gym, and common areas are clearly cared for regularly, which makes living here even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and genuine as Angel. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made my experience outstanding. Because of her help, I felt welcomed and confident in my decision to move here.

My dog and I have lived here for 3 years and just resigned for a 4th! I loooove the outdoor areas. Angel and Aissa, (in the leasing office) are wonderful, friendly, kind, and attentive. Any time I need anything done, Angel is my go-to and always makes sure whatever I need is done right and to completion. Also VERY dog friendly! Sweet girl is Pet of the Month!! - pic for attention 💕

I lived at this property in apartment 1301 for 15 months, and very quickly it started showing its true colors. • Security issues: The gate near Building 1 was broken the majority of the time, left open for anyone to come and go. • Pest problems: The master closet had a fire hatch that wasn’t sealed properly, and soon I began seeing cockroaches coming through the ceiling. They hid in my clothes. Management showed little urgency—after months of back and forth (including with the regional manager), the unit had to be bombed. I asked to be released from my lease, but was denied. Instead, I was offered to transfer to another unit under a brand-new lease with unreasonable conditions and no assistance with moving costs. • Maintenance failures: The washer shook violently and I couldn’t use it for over a week. Maintenance only followed up after I sent an email to the property. Cracks in the walls were just painted over, and when Texas stormed it caused leaks through the bathroom ceiling and front door, repairs were delayed. Even after roof work, no one came to fix the interior damage before I moved out. • Move-out charges: Despite cleaning the apartment and not hanging or mounting anything, I was charged over $500 for cleaning and repainting the entire unit—when many problems had never been addressed in the first place. The property manager initially removed the paint charge, but the company added it back later and refused to reconsider. Overall, the lack of urgency, accountability, and basic care was deeply frustrating. Communication from both the property manager and Dayrise Residential was poor, and residents are left to deal with ongoing problems while being nickel-and-dimed on the way out. I would never live at another Dayrise Residential property. If you’re considering Alannah at Westover Hills, I strongly recommend looking somewhere else.
