The apartments are amazing but the office staff and maintenance crew are why I chose to renew my lease for a second year! A big thank you to Alyssa Alcozer for making everything easy and smooth! It's a blessing to have her here, She works hard and takes pride in her job! Everyone in that office has my respect, keep up the good work!

Quiet, safe, and clean location. Alyssa was especially helpful for moving-in and quick to respond with all my questions. She made sure that I was able to secure a lease by the intended date! The rest of the staff are also responsive and caring on any apartment needs and fixes.

I Sincerely enjoy living here at Alamo Residences at Spurs Lane. I have been a Resident here since May of 2024. The peace and quiet this Great community offers is Very Nice. I Truly enjoy My Little Oasis, My Ow piece of Paradise living here. The Management and Maintenance Staff are Second to None!. They Always Welcome and Greet you with a Smile. Kiara, Cristina, Alyssa and John make a Great Team. They’re all Very Knowledgeable, Courteous and Friendly. They Always stay on top of things. They’re always ready to take care of anything the Residents address / bring to their attention. They Get The Job Done! John takes care of all and every work order request that the residents submit. He always strives to take care of the problem/issue the work order has addressed ASAP. I like the fact that the Management Team Truly takes Pride in doing Special Things for their Residents here at ARSL. This really makes me feel the Management Team truly cares about making their residents feel Appreciated and Special. They always do special things for their residents during Holidays. They decorate the Leasing Office very nice to compliment the specific Holiday. They have delicious treats and eats for their residents. They also schedule Food Trucks occasionally to come set up here at ARSL property. I , along with many more residents really enjoy this nicety. We can enjoy delicious food, here in the comfort of our own home. I Sincerely appreciate and enjoy all these special things our management team does for All their Residents. Our ARSL Management Team are Truly Special People! They’re My “A TEAM” I must say”It’s Wonderful Living here at ARSL”

Literally can’t wait for my child to move in here. The property manager, Erica is amazing. She made us feel at home and as a parent, she made me feel like my child will be taken care of as if I was with her every day. Erica walked us through the process and showed us the model apartment. These apartments are super clean and modern. She let us look at the apartment to compare the differences and there basically were none. Only difference was that there was no carpet in the model and carpet was in the bedroom of the rental. This is true lux living at an affordable price. Thank you Erica for being amazing.

This is the BEST place to rent in this area! Luxury apartments full washer and dryers! Covered parking and if you're a medical professional or a professional this place is for you! Urban, John, and Erica are the best folks I've ever worked with when renting apartments! I've had a few issues and maintenance fixed it the next day! Very quiet at night with no thru traffic because we're on a cul-de-sac. Safe for kids to play and ride bikes. Check out the photos to get an idea of the buildings! Overall 10 stars out of 5!
