Tenant for just over 6 months now and cannot be more impressed with the staff and service provided here. The front desk, hospitality staff and management are always polite and very responsive. And the maintenance team is beyond fast and capable. I submitted a ticket for an AC issue and in less than 2 minutes Rudy was already at my door and contacting me about the issue, which he then promptly fixed. Big shoutout to 300 Main.

Very cheaply made apartment complex. Poor service / management. They also charge for family to visit parking. All parking is paid for. If you own multiple autos you have to pay $100/month to park each of them. (1 bedroom but 2 cars = extra $100/month to park your second car. Security is a joke. Cameras don't work or still broken over a year out. Constantly having outside companies take over the facilities to make money off of the tenets and bar them from using the facilities they pay $150/month for already in fees. Just stay away. Very bad financial decision not to mention being considered a cash cow for them only.

Moved to San Antonio in October of this year for a new job. Beautiful property and amenities. The team could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. Special shout out to Rudy, the building engineer, for doing such an amazing job of ensuring things are always in tip-top shape. Josie and Madison also go above and beyond as managers to create an amazing resident experience with fun events and a good community vibe. Really enjoying living here. Many thanks to all of the team for the hard work they put into to creating such a great experience!
