Loretta, Vivian, and Nikita have been so amazing after this storm! My girlfriend lives here and they immediately had someone come out and fix her apartment after the storm last night. They immediately were responsive and gave us nothing to worry about! Couldn’t ask for a better management team in this office!

Just went on a tour of this beautiful property, and needless to say I am in awe! The property is so peaceful and beautiful, and the amazing office staff helped so much when breaking everything down and helping me select the apartment that fit me best! Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Relatively clean grounds (amenities should be cleaner) and quiet atmosphere. There are negatives, so far are the fact that the finishings on the apartment were not properly sealed. Even if you are a very tidy and sanitary family.... you will likely get ants. My home is cleaned every day and our food is in air tight containers and somehow we ended up with ants. Even though we sprayed pest poison around the outside and inside of the apartment. Also the gym equipment has been broken for months and is never cleaned. An update 11 months in: our 2nd bedroom is always very hot and we spend way too much on electricity and water. The amount for a townhome or small house. Also the appliances arent very good. The oven takes an hour to cook a frozen pizza. And the dryer needs at least 2 or 3 cycles for a medium to large load. Plumbing is also not great, 2nd toilet always clogs with very little tissue and just liquids. They are also a bit too invasive for our liking, wanting to do inspections. Me personally, I want to be home when this happens, so this requires us to schedule around such inspections, although i will say they will communicate before hand if you request it. These inconveniences and unexpected expenses, we will choose not to renew our lease. I could pay this price in our preferred neighborhood in Stone Oak instead. This property just falls short in too many categories. Another update that could apply to some car owners. They tried having our car towed for "expired registration "without personal notice. (From our own paid parking space.) Very odd. All in all, come take a thorough tour before considering a lease here.

If you are desperate then by all means sign the lease here , but do expect to pay an excruciating amount for electricity. Rent for us is like 3k for a 2 bedroom. Also we have had our mail box broken into on multiple occasions with no one doing anything about it.The worse was my bf getting his car almost towed from his own parking lot for having an expired registration sticker which was stolen from someone stealing from his mail box at this apartment complex.Oh and the warmer months everyone has had a nasty ant infestation. I’ve been noticing predatory behavior on this apartment complex and have filed a formal complaint with the Texas attorney General- consumer protection and Texas real estate commission.

Escalante apartments are in a great location. I recommended this property to several friends. It is tucked away but within three minutes you can be in the business district. I called the other day to assist my niece in her apartment search and inquired about a special and to my surprise the manager answered the phone. She was very personable and helpful. Her name was Loretta. I appreciated her answer the phone as I rarely get a manager answering the phones. She set up the touring appointment for me. The maintenance is very good and the grounds always look meticulous. The floor plans vary and are spacious. I highly recommend these apartments, if you are looking for an excellent experience.
