There so much I could say but let me preface this is my second time leaving here. 2018-2019 Now 2023-2024 This place has gotten so much worst. I have live in a total 2 apartments. This place rank the worst I have lived at. Everything ranks low from the customer services to the units and yes even maintenance. The only positive is parking but the gate also never works. Mail boxes have been broken in to. Unfortunately, my experience at Escalante has been disappointing. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with ongoing AC issues, delays in maintenance responses, a front door key that didn’t work, a mailbox key that didn’t work, and significant pest concerns. The timing was especially difficult because I was preparing for and recovering from surgery while trying to get basic issues resolved. The staff has been polite, but the overall experience has not matched what I expected when signing my lease. I hope management and corporate leadership address these concerns because the property has potential, but residents deserve better communication and faster resolution of critical maintenance issues.” If they resolve everything and make it right, you can always update the review later. A fair review tends to carry more weight than a one-star rant full of insults.

Loretta, Vivian, and Nikita have been so amazing after this storm! My girlfriend lives here and they immediately had someone come out and fix her apartment after the storm last night. They immediately were responsive and gave us nothing to worry about! Couldn’t ask for a better management team in this office!

I’ve been a resident at Escalante since 2020. Over the last six years, I’ve watched management change the name from Lincoln Property Management to Willow Bridge and seen office staff cycle in and out constantly. The one thing that never changes is how unreliable and uncommunicative this team is. It took me reporting this complex to the city just to get them to acknowledge the massive cracks in my walls. Before the city stepped in, their "fix" was to shave down my patio door and drill a new hole for the lock just so I could open it—completely ignoring the foundation issues causing the shift. As a single woman who works overnights and manages a medical condition, I’ve been very clear with the office: I need a heads-up before people enter my home so I can be awake, alert, and have my pets put away. Instead, they’ve been sending random contractors to my door with no warning and no Escalate staff present. It is a massive safety concern to have strangers showing up at your door with nothing but a photo of your apartment number on their phone. On 5/7, I was woken up by men I didn't know; I sent them away because the office never told me they were coming. Even after maintenance admitted the office dropped the ball, they did it again today (5/11). The office finally called me while I was sleeping to tell me they were coming today—no real notice, no apology for the previous mix-ups, and zero sympathy for how unsafe this makes a tenant feel. If you don’t mind being ignored and having your safety treated as an afterthought, this place is bearable. But if you want a management team that actually communicates, keep looking. The 5-star reviews are from people got the "razzle dazzle" tour; once you’ve been here as long as I have, you see the real story and just how little they actually care about their property and their tenants.
