My experience @100 labor has been one for the books . Awesome view of the downtown atmosphere.. the staff at 100 labor is amazing., I had the pleasure of meeting one of their employees Giovanni his work ethics and engagement with his residents is beyond his call of duty. Admire his compassion and dedication to his work. Keep up the amazing work Giovanni.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team, especially Giovanni. He is always professional, respectful, and efficient. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and done right the first time. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about residents. Having someone this reliable makes living here a great experience.

I do not recommend this place especially if you are military. In 2025, I had to threaten to sue because the property would not honor the SCRA law for early lease termination due to military orders. They made us wait 30 days for a response (what??) which seriously delayed our military ordered move. In general, living here was not what we expected. We had neighbors who had broken AC units during the summer, which is horrible because it feels hotter in this area than in other parts of the city. It's a heat island- hardly any shade around the building, maybe on one side, unless you go for walks around the neighborhood. You WILL need shoes for your dog, especially during the summer. The landscape around this place is really sad too- everything dries out fast, and the hallways were dirty. Maintenance picks up trash every morning, but it always made its way to our patio on the first floor no matter how much we tried to clean up after people. The property rents out many units to Airbnbers, and it's so annoying, they almost always get lost looking for the key box room... Late at night, early in the morning, if tourists see you, they'll sprint to you and ask for directions. Besides that, I once overpaid my rent by $600 and the office had no record of it. They almost got me, but I pulled out my receipt and they had to honor the payment. RED flag. (This happened to other residents we talked to as well) Thought this was super weird, but when we moved in, we were told we could only get wi-fi services from Spectrum. That was a lie. We got AT&T. A neighbor of ours got Spectrum and the person who installed it turned out to be real good friends with someone who works in the office. Helping your friends is fine but lying to residents about what services are available to them is not. Another major concern we had was about the dirty dog park that maintenance does not keep up with. Several of our neighbors had dogs who got diarrhea after playing in the park, and others completely stayed away from it. The property also says they have security, but we hardly ever saw the guy and anytime there were issues, SAPD or SAFD had to show up. Maybe he didn't exist because my car was broken into inside the "secure" parking garage. There are far more beautiful places in San Antonio than this place. (Oh, there's also a bunch of construction going on for the next few years. New Spurs arena across the street)

I moved into this complex about 2 months ago. I have to say I really enjoy living here. For starters it is surprisingly quiet for downtown location . I also enjoy the new appliances and the quality of the unit overall (flooring, light fixtures, etc.). It is definitely worth a try.

Looking for a new forever home. Saw these being built. Lived at The 68 across the road. Really thought this would be my new home. Not a chance. I walked in and to my right, looked like the manager, punching holes into docs. And what looked like the assistant manager across from her, greeted me. Asked me to have a seat and wait for the agent to return. Talking about not feeling at home. No, would you like something to drink, nothing. 90 something degrees and no consideration. I’m waiting and waiting. Seeing the whole time the manager punching away and filling. Asst manager decides to take a break in front of me. After waiting for half and hour, I walk out. I’m in sales, customer relations. I’ve missed many breaks and lunch. If there’s a customer , you drop everything and give them the best experience. If my people are busy I jump right in and wine and dine the customer so to speak. Here I am a professional watching these two do everything but cater to a customer. People walk away. If they care this little now, can you imagine when you’re a resident. Don’t understand these multi million dollar properties having unmotivated employees and even leaders so to speak. Wonder why they have such big specials. If you love service this ain’t it. Keep looking. People are the difference in any business or life. You’ll thank me for this. Reason I’m reaching out. Look at the Heritage Plaza. They’ll acknowledge you. Make you feel important, feel wanted. GaryC
