YardHomes Meadow Lake

I toured the community over the weekend with Shabana and the manager, Angela. Both were warm and professional — i was even offered iced coffee during the tour, which was a lovely touch. Although I’m not planning to move until the end of the year, I absolutely love the area and the stunning lake view. The homes feel cozy, with yards and lots of windows — both very important to me. I’m excited about eventually making this my new home and would highly recommend touring this community.

Shabana has been wonderful helping me navigate my move from Tennessee. The place is wonderful and I can't wait to move in!

This property is so nice and has been very easy due to the help of sabana. Moving is so stressful but she has made us so easy and answers all my questions I have!

Unfortunately the only good things I have to say is it was mostly quiet after they got rid of Dina it felt more like a money grab. The unit was poorly and quickly put together leading to drawers falling and breaking all the time. We had to every drawer properly installed after move in. Our hot water heater would make a terrible gurgling non stop every couple of months that we would have to get maintenance to come "fix". The insulation must be non existent because our ac unit ran non stop leading to a ridiculous energy bill. The lady behind us had a super reactive dog so we couldnt even enjoy our patio. The trash people would just not come sometimes and after one of those times we had 2 bags of trash out and they cussed at our ring camera.oh FIRE ANT FIRE ANTS FIRE ANTS pest control is a joke and thanks to the ring camera we know was in our apartment less than 1 minute we ended up having to just treate them ourselves the whole year we lived there. Just overall we couldnt get out of there fast enough!

Shabana and Angela in the front office are awesome! They’re always so kind, and willing to work with us on any issues or concerns we have! I truly appreciate them, and enjoy living at Yardhomes!
